Beginning in Hoi An, this tour is a great way to see some of the best locations in central Vietnam. After pickup from the hotel, we will head to Da Nang to visit the Marble Mountains in the stone carving village of Hoa Hai. We may also visit the Cham Museum to learn about the history of the Cham Kingdom. From there, we will travel to Hue, making a stop at Ha Van Pass. We will visit the massive Imperial City in Hue. Later, we will take a drive into the river valley to see the tombs built for past emperors, including the rustic Tomb of King Tu Duc. Afterwards, we will return to the hotel to end the tour.

    Danang is one of the most populous cities in Vietnam and one of the country's most important seaports due to its location along the central coastline. it was one of the region's first cities to receive European visitors.

    Marble Mountains

    The Vietnamese name for these mountains to the south of Danang translates to "the five elements mountains." They are a series of marble and limestone peaks filled with extensive cave and tunnel systems.

    Hoa Hai

    Hoi An Ancient Town reflects a fusion of indigenous and foreign cultures (principally Chinese and Japanese with later European influences) that combined to produce this unique survival. The town comprises a well-preserved complex of 1,107 timber frame buildings, with brick or wooden walls. They are arranged side-by-side in tight, unbroken rows along narrow pedestrian streets. There is also the fine wooden Japanese bridge, with a pagoda on it, dating from the 18th century.

    Museum of Cham Sculpture

    Established by French colonists during the time of their occupation of the Vietnam, this museum is dedicated to the history of the Cham people, the ethnic group that dominated the area for thousands of years.

    This Vietnamese city was once the capital of the Nguyen lords of the region, who lived in the 19th century citadel that serves as the area's main tourist attraction.

    Imperial City

    This walled palace citadel in Hue was once the seat of the ruling Nguyen lords of Vietnam. Built at the onset of the 19th century, the site covers about four square-kilometers and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

    Tomb of Tu Duc

    Built in the mid-19th century, this tomb outside of Hue serves as the resting place for Tu Duc, one of the Nguyen emperors of Vietnam. There is a temple area and a tomb area.
