Day 1: Las Vegas - Seligman - Grand Canyon - Page (313 miles)

After pickup in your hotel along the Strip of Las Vegas, we will arrive at Seligman to experience the majestic town that inspired the movie "Cars". We will enjoy a complimentary cup of coffee at a local shop on Route 66 and visit the birthplace of the Historic Route 66. Next, we will go to Grand Canyon National Park, take photos at the Mather Point View, explore Watchtower Vista Point, or take a helicopter tour. Later, we will depart for Page and arrive at Page camping site where we can watch sunset, have a campfire cookout and enjoy a peaceful night.

After breakfast and enjoying the sunrise at the Page Town, we will leave to Antelope Canyon. Next we will arrive at Horseshoe Bend. After overlooking Glen Dam and visitor center, we will head back to Las Vegas.

    Horseshoe Bend, located within the Glen Canyon National Recreation Area about 5 miles downriver from Lake Powell, is a sharp turn in the Colorado River that formed from erosion over the course of millions of years.

    Glen Canyon Dam
    This concrete arch dam in northern Arizona barricades the Colorado River and creates Lake Powell, the second-largest man-made lake in the country. Lake Powell is a haven for water-skiers and boaters, and is also popular with fishermen.

  • Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office.   • Cancellation penalties per person for tours
    Over 30 days prior to departure - No penalty.
    15-30 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
    Less than 14 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
    Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
    Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of tour.
  • Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
  • Tour Cancellation:
    We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Taketours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.
