Pricing Policy

  • Child rates apply to those 3-9 years and using existing bedding with 2 full-paying passengers. Infant under 3 years old with seat will pay the same tour price, mandatory fee, and service fee as the Child. Please note each hotel room can only accommodate 4 guests (adults or children or infant regardless of ages).
  • Mandatory fees are part of the tour fares which customers are obligated to pay on the tour. If any customer refuses to pay mandatory fees, we reserve the right to terminate service with no refund. The infant under 3 years old by taking seats also needs to pay for it.

Day 1: Los Angeles-Las Vegas-Laughlin (367 miles)

In the morning, we will travel through the Mojave Desert until we reach the Seven Magic Mountains for a visit. Then go to the newly open Resort World enjoy the food. After that, we'll drive to Laughlin for the night.

Day 2: Laughlin-Grand Canyon-Page (261 miles)

We will begin the day by traveling to both the South Rim and the East Rim of the Grand Canyon. The view is just breathtaking and inspiring. Then we will drive to the Horseshoe Bend. Standing by the edge, the view that comprises glowing green water, blue sky, and reddish rock is spectacular. Stay overnight in Page.

Day 3: Page-Antelope Canyon-Zion National Park-Las Vegas (268 miles)

Today we will go to Lower Antelope Canyon. In here, visitors are always amazed by this wavy canyon rock formation, Mother Nature's Masterpiece. We will also enjoy a scenic ride on the Colorado Plateau towards Lake Powell. Later we will visit the Zion National Park. Return to Las Vegas in the evening.

In the morning, we will drive to Calico, a ghost town in the desert. The town is like a living museum where we will be able to see old abandoned buildings that will take us back to the Old West. In the early evening we will return to Los Angeles.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • If you would like to join the optional activities, please pay the fee in cash to the tour guide. You cannot buy / use the tickets on your own or use City Passes. The tour guide will arrange the tickets for the group.
  • Mandatory Fee (pay the fee in cash to the tour guide): $80/person, including admission to Grand Canyon, Zion National Park, Horseshoe Bend, Lake Powell, Calico and fuel surcharge.
  • Air fares between your city and the departure city.
  • Personal room fees such as laundry or valet services, telephone calls, or alcoholic beverages/ mini bar items.
  • All meals and drinks during the trip, although eating arrangements will be made by the tour guide.
  • A mandatory service fees for tour guide and bus driver: total $12/day per passenger .
  • Mandatory fees are part of the tour fares which customers are obligated to pay on the tour. If any customer refuses to pay mandatory fees, we reserve the right to terminate service with no refund.

Additional Note

  • Booking: Please book airline tickets after your tour booking is confirmed, which should occur within 1 business day.
  • Antelope Canyon Policy: Due to safety reason, people have physical difficulties are not recommended to take this tour. Access to Lower Canyon requires hiking and using ladders up to 25 feet in length to climb down. Steep stairs involved and some narrow passages to walk through. Local canyon tour guide is entitled to make the decision and may reject them to get into the canyon. Guests would take full responsibility for any possible circumstance and there would be no refund for any failure entry to the canyon.

Confirmation

  • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book airline tickets until you receive the confirmation.

Redemption

  • You will receive a confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order is processed. Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

Terms & Condition

  • PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
    The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.
  • Booking changes
    A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.
  • Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to TakeTours by email or through web mail at Contact TakeTours for details.
  • Cancellation penalties per person (request day and departure day are not counted)
    10 or more days prior to departure - 30% of the total purchase amount.
    6-9 days prior to departure - 50% of the total purchase amount.
    Within 5 days prior to departure or no show - 100% of the total purchase amount.
    Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit the entire payment.
    Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a scheduled trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every effort to maintain normal operations.
    The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds 30 days after completion of the tour.
  • Hotel Policy
    Smoking is strictly prohibited at all hotels, violation of this rule will result in a penalty of $300/person, along with other legal brabibrties. A valid credit card is required for guests to check in at the hotel.
  • Itinerary Variations
    We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure of the tour, TakeTours' only responsibility will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour. Please note that we are not responsible for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.
    We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
