  • Buy 2 Get 3rd Discounted: (1) Cancellation of discounted passenger must be made at least 7 days before departure. (2) No-show or late cancellation incurs a $279 penalty fee for the reserved bus seat.
  • Child rates: Child rates apply to those who are 0-12 years old. Child above 2 years must take the seat. Customers are welcome to use child safety seats on that have lap and/or shoulder belts/harnesses for the infant under 2 years.

Day 1: New York - New England Air Museum - Old Sturbridge Village (222 miles)

Starting from New York in the morning, we will first head to the paradise of space dreams - the New England Air Museum. There is a helicopter exhibition hall and some other civilian aircraft in the museum, which is very educational and worth visiting for history and military enthusiasts. Along with the many places to visit, New Hampshire's natural attractions offer plenty of things to do in the great outdoors.

    New England Air Museum

    The New England Air Museum in northern Connecticut was founded in 1959 with the mission of showcasing and cataloging aviation history. Their collection includes more than 80 planes and engines as well as uniforms, instruments, and other memorabilia.

    A town in Worcester County, Massachusetts, United States. It is home to Old Sturbridge Village living history museum and other sites of historical interest such as Tantiusques.

    Old Sturbridge Village

    A living museum located in Sturbridge, Massachusetts which recreates life in rural New England during the 1790s through 1830s. The Village includes 59 antique buildings, three water-powered mills, and a working farm.

Day 2: Cannon Mountain - Washington Mountain (142 miles)

In the morning, we will take a cable car to the summit of Cannon Mountain, which offers views of four surrounding states and Canada from the observation deck. Then we'll explore the White Mountain National Forest, which is home to Mount Washington, the tallest peak in the Northeastern United States. Here, we will take the Cog Railway to the top, allowing us to take in the magnificent mountainside views without the physical exertion required to climb a mountain on foot.
  • Franconia Notch State Park, NH

    located in the White Mountains in northern New Hampshire, United States. The park is home to Cannon Mountain, a state-owned ski resort started in the 1930s. Cannon is also famous for being one of the most challenging hills in New England.

    Cannon Mountain Aerial Tramway

    This 80-passenger cable car brings guests more than 2,000 feet in the air to the top of Cannon Mountain. Located in Franconia Notch State Park, Cannon Mountain is famous for its alpine skiing trails and rock climbing.

    Old Man of the Mountain Profile Plaza

    The Old Man of the Mountain Profile Plaza features a monument, designed by Ron Magers and Shelly Bradbury, which provides an exciting new visitor attraction and honors the state's much-loved emblem. The Plaza includes seven steel "profilers" that recreate the visage of the Old Man looking over Franconia Notch.

    The Basin

    The Basin is one of the most iconic scenic destinations in the White Mountains. The nascent Pemigewasset River forms a delightful array of powerful cascades on its journey out of the notch. With more force and volume than a typical mountain stream, the river has worn away the bedrock into a fascinating assorment of chutes and pools that have made it a treasured attraction for state residents and visitors alike.

    Mount Washington

    The White Mountains, part of the northeastern arm of the Appalachian Mountains, are the most rugged mountains in New England. The range is home to Mount Washington, the tallest mountain in the northeastern section of the United States.

    Mount Washington Cog Railway

    The Mount Washington Cog Railway was the first mountain-climbing cog railway, and has been humming along since 1868. It is still the second-steepest railway of its kind in the world, climbing at as much as a 37% incline.

  • If you would like to join the optional activities, please pay the fee in cash to the tour guide. You cannot buy / use the tickets on your own or use City Passes. The tour guide will arrange the tickets for the group.
  • Mandatory Fees Include Cannon Mountain Aerial Tramway, Old Man of the Mountain Profile Plaza, The Basin and Mount Washington Cog Railway tickets. $180/person, regardless of age.
  • Meals and drinks unspecified during the trip.
  • A mandatory service fees: Minimum $12 / day / person should be paid in cash to tour guide and the bus driver as a service fee. Any child / Infant reserving a seat will have to pay the service fees as well. Ex: 2 people taking a 2-day tour would pay: $12 x 2 (seats) x 2 (days) = $48.
  • Personal room fees: such as laundry or valet services, telephone calls, or alcoholic beverages/mini bar items, unless they are otherwise specified.

Additional Note

  • Hotel & Tour Guide Information: This information will be provided by the tour guide the night before departure between 7:00pm - 9:00pm EST via phone call or text message. If for any reason the you do not receive the call or text, you should be at the pickup location at least 20 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.�
  • City passes are not accepted during an escorted tour due to the fact that they do not correspond into the tour schedule. The group entrance tickets provided by tour guides have fast lane and tour guides accompany passengers for activities.
  • Bus Arrangement: Usually only passengers in the same order will be arranged in the same bus. If you book the tour separately with your friends and you want to sit in the same bus, you need to inform us before departure . Or you may be arranged in different buses.
  • Itineraries are subject to change due to the weather, transportation and other conditions, in order to provide the best experience for you.
  • Customers are held solely responsible for their own travel documents and/or visas if required.
  • Hotel rooms: Each hotel room can accommodate no more than 4 guests (adults or children), and existing bedding must be used
  • Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.

Confirmation

  • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book the airline tickets until you received the confirmation.

Redemption

  • Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

Terms & Condition

  • Booking changes
    A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply. Please be noted that we do not allow departure change 48 hours before departure.
  • Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. The time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to TakeTours by email or through webmail at Contact Us .
  • Cancellation penalties per person (request day and departure day are not counted)
    15 days or more prior to departure - Free cancellation with full refund. Please reconfirm the penalty for the added hotel or flight ticket.
    8-14 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
    Within 7 days prior to departure or no show - 100% of the total purchase amount.
    Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every effort to maintain the normal operation.
    The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of the tour.
  • Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
  • Tour Cancellation:
    We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure of the tour, TakeTours only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.
    We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.

  • I had such a wonderful time. The hotels were clean, modern and very nice. I saw such beautiful places. The scenery was breathtaking. There were so many enchanting trails. Every place looked picturesque and lovely. The trails were extremely well maintained and smooth so that everyone can walk it, and seating was available everywhere. It was an unforgettable experience. I am so glad I took this trip.

  • I enjoyed the 3 Day New Hampshire trip to White Mountains National Forest. If you love nature and hiking, I would highly recommend this trip. Through this tour, I was able to experience, scenic views and nature walks. The tour guide Kenny and the Driver are extremely helpful making sure the trip runs smoothly and enjoyable for everyone.
