Day 1: New York

Today, guests will arrive at one of the there major airports in the New York City Area (JFK, LGA, EWR), where they will be met by a tour guide at the baggage claim. Transfer to the hotel and enjoy the rest time at your own.

Then, we will go to the Financial District, we will visit the Wall Street, Trinity Church, Times Square. Later, we will see Fifth Avenue, Rockefeller Center, Ground Zero, and the Central Park.

Today we will drive north of the city. Our first stop will be the famous military academy, West Point, in the town of West Point, NY. Here, we will learn about the Unites States' military history. From there, we will make our way to Woodbury Commons Premium Outlets in Woodbury, NY for some bargain shopping. At the end of the day, we will head back to New York City .

From there, we will continue onto Washington, DC, where we will see the White House. We will spend the night in the DC area.

We will leave the hotel in the morning and transfer to the airports in New York City.

  • All meals and drinks during the trip are not included in tour price. The tour guide will make eating arrangements.

Confirmation

  • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book the airline tickets until you received the confirmation.

Redemption

  • Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your e-ticket. You must print and bring e-ticket(s) on your trip, as they serve as proof of purchase.

Terms & Condition

  • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 3-4 business days after booking. Please do not book the airline tickets until you received the confirmation.
  • Booking changes
    A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply. Please be noted that we do not allow departure change 48 hours before departure.
  • CANCELLATION OR CHANGE POLICY
    All cancellations or changes of date must comply with the following details:
    10% of total fee will be charged if cancel or change more than 31 days before departure (including departure date).
    50% of total fee will be charged if cancel or change within 15 to 30 days before departure date (including departure date).
    Absolutely NO refund (exchangeable) on all cancellations or postponements within 14 days prior to departure (including departure date).
    If the passenger leaves the tour in between, there will be no refund.
    Passenger must present ticket(s) at time of refund; all refunds will be issued by company check or credit card only. (Absolutely NO cash refund).
    The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 7 days after completion of tour.
  • All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
  • Tour Cancellation:
    We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, TakeTours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.
  • We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
