Pricing Policy

For every reservation there must be at least 1 person who is 18 years of age. Children under 2 years of age travel free of charge.
Child rates: Child rates apply to those who are 2-14 yrs old. Customers are welcome to use child safety seats on that have lap and/or shoulder belts/harnesses. Children sharing a room with 2 adult passengers pay the same price as a third or fourth adult.

Day 1

Passengers will be picked up in New York City in the morning. Today we will explore Long Island, NY. Our tour will take first to Riverhead, NY, where we will see the giant Long Island Duck landmark. From there, we will head to the ritzy hamlet of Southhampton, NY, where we will enjoy complimentary wine tasting (must be over 21 years old) and explore this seaside town before continuing on to Sag Harbor, home of famous landmarks such as the American Hotel.

Our day concludes with a return to Riverhead to shop at the Tanger Outlets. From there, we will head back to New York, where passengers will be dropped off at the departure points. Please see "Departure and Return Details" for more information.

Long Island, NY

A densely populated island off the East Coast of the United States, beginning at New York Harbor approximately 0.35 miles from Manhattan Island and extending eastward into the Atlantic Ocean.

Southampton

This popular beach town on the East End of Long Island, NY is one of the famous and exclusive Hamptons. In addition to being a popular spot for shopping, dining, and nightlife, it is also a historic location.

Tanger Outlets Riverhead

The Tangers Outlets in Riverhead, Long Island, New York offer designer wares at bargain prices. Stores at the outdoor complex include Armani, Old Navy, Nike, J. Crew, Lane Bryant, New York & Company, Saks Fifth Avenue, and more!

Price Excludes

Air fares between your city and Departure City
Personal room fees, such as laundry or valet services, telephone calls, or alcoholic beverages/ mini bar items, unless they are otherwise specified.
All meals and drinks during the trip, but the tour guide will arrange for.
A mandatory service fees for tour guide and bus driver (suggest $10.00/day per passenger).
All other private expenses and purchases

Additional Note

Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (English, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Chinese, Japanese, and Hebrew). Requested language must be specified at the time of booking. Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.

Confirmation

Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a receipt of booking by email. All tours can be confirmed within 1-2 business day.

Redemption

You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your Confirmation Email (e-ticket). When you reserve your attractions and services you will be asked to print e-tickets to present when you arrive at your destination. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

Terms & Condition

All purchases will be confirmed within one business day after purchase.
Luggage is limited to one piece per person.
(Notification day and departure day are not counted) For all tours up to 3 days prior to departure no fees. Within 3 days of departure full cancellation penalty applies. Note:The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
All passengers are required to have proper identification when entering or leaving the United States. On tours traveling to Canada clients have the responsibility to make sure in advance that visa requirements are met.
