After your San Francisco pickup, we’ll travel along California’s scenic Route 1 toward Monterey, following the picturesque Pacific Ocean. You’ll have the chance to stop for a photo with the stunning rocky coastline as your backdrop.
Along the way, keep an eye out for sea otters playing in the waters of the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary, an incredible underwater park that spans hundreds of miles along the coast and is home to a rich variety of marine mammals, birds, and fish.

In Monterey, you’ll have free time to visit the world-famous Monterey Bay Aquarium (not included), stroll out to Lovers' Point, explore the boutiques along historic Cannery Row, or enjoy a cup of hot chowder at Old Fisherman’s Wharf.

Back on tour, you’ll enjoy more scenic beauty along the 17-Mile Drive, which winds through the Del Monte Forest, passing magnificent multi-million-dollar homes, a stunning coastline, and the famous Pebble Beach golf course.

Your Pacific Coast experience continues as we arrive in charming Carmel-by-the-Sea, where you’ll have time to browse the quaint shops along Ocean Avenue or sink your toes into the white Pacific sand at the beach.

As the sun begins to set over the Pacific Ocean, your tour will conclude with a drop-off at your original pickup point in San Francisco.
