  • Buy 2 get 3rd Discounted (3 or 4 pax sharing one room): (1) Cancellation of discounted-fare passenger must be made at least 3 days before departure. (2) No-show (or late cancellation) of discounted passenger incurs $998 penalty fee for the reserved bus seat.
  • Child Rate: Child rates apply to those 0-9 years and using existing bedding with 2 full-paying passengers (regardless of ages). Please note each hotel room can only accommodate 4 guests (adults or children).

Day 1: Las Vegas

Guests should arrange their own flight to Las Vegas (Airfare not included). After 3:00pm please self check-in at Excalibur hotel & Casino Las Vegas (Address: 3850 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109).

Day 2: Las Vegas - Sedona - Gallup (425 miles)

Today we will make our way into Arizona, stopping to see Historic Route 66 on our way to the beautiful and spiritual red rock country Sedona. We will then pass Petrified Wood Company and head to Gallup, NM for the night.

In the morning we will visit Mesa Verde National Park in Colorado. Later, we will stop at Arches National Park, home of the famous red sandstone formations for which Utah is famous. We will spend the night in Green River.

You can join a jeep tour that takes you directly into the site. Surrounded by the awesome nature, guests can enjoy a Native American style barbeque (meal price not included).

Then, we continue to Lake Powell, where we can take an optional boat tour.We will visit upper Antelope Canyon, where we can ride in Jeeps and learn about Native American culture. Then, we will spend the night in Bryce.

  • Return Flight Arrangement: There are still travel activities on the last day of the tour, please schedule flights to depart from San Francisco after 9:00pm. There will be no airport transfer.

  • If you would like to join the optional activities, please pay the fee in cash to the tour guide. You cannot buy / use the tickets on your own or use City Passes. The tour guide will arrange the tickets for the group.
  • Mandatory Admission Fee: $220/person including Mesa Verde, Bryce Canyon, Arches National Park, Canyonlands National Park, Zion National Park, Horse Bend, Sedona, Fuel Surcharge.
  • Air fares between your city and the starting city.
  • All meals and drinks during the trip, although eating arrangements will be made by the tour guide.
  • A mandatory service fees total of $10 /day/person should be paid in cash to tour guide and the bus driver as a service fee. Any child / Infant reserving a seat will have to pay the service fees as well. Ex: 2 people taking a 2-day tour would pay: $10 x 2 (seats) x 2 (days) = $40.
  • Personal room fees such as laundry or valet services, telephone calls, or alcoholic beverages/ mini bar items, unless they are otherwise specified.

Additional Note

  • Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.
  • Lodging: Single price is for one person staying in one room. Double, Triple and Quadruple prices are for two people, three people and four people staying in one room respectively.

Confirmation

  • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book airline tickets until you receive the confirmation.

Redemption

  • You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your Confirmation Email (e-ticket). When you reserve your attractions and services you will be asked to print e-tickets to present when you arrive at your destination. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

  • Cancellation and Refund policy (Notification day and departure day are not counted)

    Cancellations received within 8-14 days of departure will incur a penalty of 30% total purchase amount.

    Cancellations received Within 3 Days prior to departure or no show will incur a 100% total purchase amount.
    Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every efforts to maintain the normal operation.
    There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties. .
