Day 1: San Francisco

Today we will gather in San Francisco at San Francisco International Airport. If you take a domestic flight will meet us in the "Level 1 Courtyard 4". If you take an international flight will meet us at the "International Terminal Bus Courtyard G". Please refer to the "Departure&Return" for more detailed information.

Day 2: San Francisco City Tour

Today, we will take a pleasant city tour of San Francisco, the charming capital of West Coast culture. Over the course of the day, we will see the Golden Gate Bridge, Fisherman's Wharf, Twin Peaks, Lombard Street, the Civic Center and the Cathedral of St. Mary. We will also pass by Chinatown, the Castro District and Union Square. Guests can also choose to take a bay cruise at their own expense to see the city from the water.

    Old Fisherman's Wharf

    This historic area in Monterey was a fish market until the 1960s. Nowadays, it is packed with fine seafood restaurants and is accessible only to pedestrians. Whale watches and other cruises depart from these docks.

Day 4: San Francisco - Yosemite - Los Angeles (446 miles)

In the morning we'll depart from the hotel towards Yosemite National Park. Giant trees, mountains, and sparkling streams and lakes, glacier-carved canyons, all these unique features make up Yosemite. Take a walk in the woods and enjoy the fresh forest air. After lunch, we'll travel across Central Valley of California, where over half of the fruits, nuts, and vegetables grown in the country are produced every year. In the evening we'll return to Los Angeles.

Day 5: Los Angeles-Las Vegas (270 miles)

We'll leave Los Angeles driving through the scenic Mojave Desert to arrive in Las Vegas - The Pearl in the Desert. You'll have the night to yourself.

Today we will arrange the airport drop-off service of Las Vegas

    Free Airport pickup time: 9:00-22:00. It means free pickup for finishing check out and standing at the gate before 22:00. (The free pickup service is based on the seat availability, first come first serve. So it is possible that you need to wait a little bit long during high season.) Airport meeting: The guide will be wearing a yellow uniform, holding a small yellow flag or an iPad with the local provider's icon.
  • Return:Please schedule your flight departure fromLas Vegas Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) after 13:30 or San Francisco International Airport (SFO) after 22:00.

Redemption

  • You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order is received. Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

Terms & Condition

  • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking.
  • Changes to Reservations: A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary will be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.
  • Cancellation penalties per person (request day and departure day are not counted)
    31 days or more prior to departure - 10% of total purchase amount.
    15-30 days prior to departure - 30% of total purchase amount.
    8-14 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
    Within 7 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
    Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
    Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a scheduled trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every effort to maintain normal operations.
    The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of the tour.
  • Prices may vary subject to availability/season/weekend/holiday.
  • We reserve right to cancel a schedule and fully refund affected customers, although we will make every effort to maintain the regular operation.
  • We reserve the right to modify the tour arrangements for smooth operation of the tour.
  • We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
  • If the weather condition, war, general strikes, and other unforeseen circumstances interrupt the journey, our company reserves the right to rearrange the journey without refunding the tour fee.
  • Hotel Policy
    Smoking is strictly prohibited at all hotels, violation of this rule will result in a fine penalty of at least $300/person, along with other legal liabilities. One hotel room can accommodate 4 guests utmost (regardless of age). Guests need to contact the hotel and bear the fee yourselves if you require extra bed.
    Guests can check in to the hotel by tour confirmation number and valid ID.
    Note: guests cannot self-check-in in Las Vegas hotels. Please pick up room card from your tour guide.
  • The tour schedule is for reference only, tour operator may make adjustment according to the actual situation.
  • City passes are not accepted during an escorted tour due to the fact that they do not correspond into the tour schedule. The group entrance tickets provided by tour guides have fast lane and tour guides accompany passengers for activities.
