  • Buy 2 get 3rd Discounted (3 or 4 pax sharing one room): (1) Cancellation of discounted-fare passenger must be made at least 3 days before departure. (2) No-show (or late cancellation) of discounted passenger incurs $1108 penalty fee for the reserved bus seat.
  • Child Rate: Child rates apply to those 0-9 years and using existing bedding with 2 full-paying passengers (regardless of ages). Please note each hotel room can only accommodate 4 guests (adults or children).

Day 1: San Francisco

Today we will gather in San Francisco. Guests should take the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel and check in on their own.

Day 2: San Francisco - Sacramento - Wendover (75 miles)

Guests will be picked up in the Bay Area to begin this tour. We will drive out of San Francisco, stopping in Sacramento, California's capital. After that, we will continue to Wendover, NV, where we will spend the night.

Day 3: Salt Lake City - Casper (321 miles)

In the morning we will visit the Temple Square, the Eagle Gate Monument, and the Utah State Capitol Building. From there we will head into Wyoming, where we will visit Independence Rock on our way to the town of Casper, WY, for the night.

    This granite monolith sits in the Independence Rock State Historic Site in central Wyoming. The rock served as an important landmark for those travelling west via the Oregon Trail in the middle of the 19th century.

Day 4: Casper - Crazy Horse - Mount Rushmore - Devils Tower (468 miles)

Today we will visit the Crazy Horse Memorial, a massive tribute to a great Native American chief. From here we will travel to Mount Rushmore, where the busts of four presidents have been carved into the mountainside.Our last stop of the day is the Devil's Tower in Wyoming.

Day 5: Sheridan - Yellowstone National Park (244 miles)

Today we will head to Yellowstone National Park and spend half a day visiting the Mammoth Hot Spring, Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone, Upper Yellowstone Falls, Fishing Bridge, Fountain Paint Pot, Midway Geyser Basin, Grand Prismatic Hot Spring. We will also spend the night here.

    Upper Yellowstone Falls

    Located a quarter-mile upstream of the larger Lower Falls, the Upper Yellowstone River Falls plunge 109 feet down an eroded lava cliff into the basin below. The area below the falls has been subject to heavier erosion than above.

    Fishing Bridge

    Located near the mouth of the Yellowstone River, the Fishing Bridge is a great location to spot the native Cutthroat trout. There is an RV park of the same name nearby.

    Fountain Paint Pot, heated by the region's underground hot springs, F.P.P is half hot spring, half mud basin. The spring releases natural shades of red and yellow because of the oxidation of iron in the soil.

    The Midway Geyser Basin in Yellowstone National Park is relatively small, but contains an impressive amount of thermodynamic geologic activity, including the Grand Prismatic Hot Spring, the largest in Yellowstone.

Day 6: Yellowstone National Park - Grand Teton National Park - Jackson Hole - Pocatello (192 miles)

We will spend the morning continuing our tour of Yellowstone National Park. At noon we will arrive at Grand Teton National Park, where guests will have the chance to take a boat ride on Jenny Lake. After a stop in Jackson Hole, WY, we will head to Pocatello, ID for the night.

In the morning, we will go to see the Shoshone Falls that give the town their name. From there, we will make our way to the Snake River Canyon in Idaho's Magic Valley area. In the evening we will arrive in Reno, NV, where we will spend the night.

Day 8: Reno - Lake Tahoe - San Francisco (255 miles)

Our first stop of the day will be the old mining town Virginia City. From there, we will journey to Lake Tahoe, where guests will have the chance to take a Boat Tour of the area. We will return to San Francisco for the night.

Day 9: San Francisco - Napa Valley - San Francisco (133 miles)

Today, we will drive into Napa Valley, the world-renowned wine region of California, where we will visit a vineyard to participate in a wine tasting, for an additional fee. After, we will be transferred to the San Francisco airport. See "Departure and Return Details" for more information.

      Free Airport Pickup: Domestic arrivals, your tour escort will wait at the baggage claim area.International arrivals, your tour escort will wait at exit area. Free pickup from SFO is available between 9:00am and 6pm. Outside those hours, guests will be charged a fee of $65/passenger for the first two persons, from the 3rd and after is $10/passenger.
      Free Hotel Courtesy Shuttles: 24-hour operated, which located at the Hotel Courtesy Shuttle zones on the center island of the Departures Level roadway at all terminals. If special pick-up needs to be arranged, we will charge $110 plus $3/person (tips for the driver) from each group of guests. If your flight is delayed or changed, you must call us immediately to arrange new pick-up, otherwise you will be charged all additional fees.
  • Flight Arrangement: There are still travel activities on the last day of the tour, please schedule flights to depart from San Francisco after 9:00pm.

  • If you would like to join the optional activities, please pay the fee in cash to the tour guide. You cannot buy / use the tickets on your own or use City Passes. The tour guide will arrange the tickets for the group.
  • Mandatory Admission Fee: $220/person including Great Salt Lake, Devils Tower, Mont Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Yellowstone National Park, Grand Teton National Park, Virginia City, Fuel Surcharge.
  • Air fares between your city and the starting city.
  • All meals and drinks during the trip, although eating arrangements will be made by the tour guide.
  • A mandatory service fees total of $10 /day/person should be paid in cash to tour guide and the bus driver as a service fee. Any child / Infant reserving a seat will have to pay the service fees as well. Ex: 2 people taking a 2-day tour would pay: $10 x 2 (seats) x 2 (days) = $40.
  • Personal room fees such as laundry or valet services, telephone calls, or alcoholic beverages/ mini bar items, unless they are otherwise specified.

Additional Note

  • Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.
  • Lodging: Single price is for one person staying in one room. Double, Triple and Quadruple prices are for two people, three people and four people staying in one room respectively.

Confirmation

  • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book airline tickets until you receive the confirmation.

Redemption

  • You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your Confirmation Email (e-ticket). When you reserve your attractions and services you will be asked to print e-tickets to present when you arrive at your destination. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

  • Cancellation and Refund policy (Notification day and departure day are not counted)
    All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within one business day after purchase, customers will be fully refunded if the orders cannot be confirmed.
    Cancellations received up to 15 days prior to departure - 20% of total purchase amount.
    Cancellations received within 8-14 days of departure will incur a penalty of 30% total purchase amount.
    Cancellations received within 4-7 days of departure will incur a penalty of 50% total purchase amount.
    Cancellations received Within 3 Days prior to departure or no show will incur a 100% total purchase amount.
    Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every efforts to maintain the normal operation.
    There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties. .
