  • Buy 2 Get 3rd Free: (1) Cancellation of free-fare passenger must be made at least 7 days before departure. (2) No-show or late cancellation incurs a $361 penalty fee for the reserved bus seat.
  • Child rates: Child rates apply to those 0-12 years and using existing bedding with 2 full-paying passengers (regardless of ages). Please note each hotel room can only accommodate 4 guests (adults or children). Upon increasing needs and local statutes in Seattle, a separate seat is required for the child who is 0-8 years old. Please bring it on your own. If you want to rent it from us, please leave a note after you place the order. The rental fee for the safety seat is $8/person/day.

Day 1: Seattle - Spokane - Missoula (397 miles)

We will begin this tour by driving east along I-90 until we reach Spokane. Later the tour continues to Missoula in Montana. We will stop at the 50,000 Silver Dollar collection bar in Western Montana.

    Spokane is the 2nd largest city in Washington known for its urban tourism and natural beauty. The main art district located in Davenport Arts District, the Garland Business District, and East Sprague are popular locales for theatre, music, and museums.
  • Missoula, MT

    Located along the Clark Fork River, Missoula is a vibrant city and considered the cultural center of Montana. Situated at the convergence of five mountain ranges, Missoula is a naturally beautiful locale and home to vmany festivals that celebrate books, music, art, film, and more.

    Lincoln's Silver Dollar Inn

    This inn and bar located in the Lolo State National Forest off of Interstate 90 contains the largest collection of silver dollar coins. Visitors can get their names inscribed on a piece of silver!

Day 2: Missoula - Yellowstone National Park (313 miles)

We will arrive in Yellowstone around noon and tour the most famous national park in the country. Over the course of the day, we will see Dragon's Mouth Spring, Mud Volcano, Fountain Paint Pot, Yellowstone Lake, and Old Faithful. In the evening, we will check into our hotel in Livingston, Montana.

    The Mud Volcano blew itself apart in the early 20th century, but visitors can still see the impressive crater and other geothermal features in the surrounding area, such as the Mud Cauldron, Black Dragon's Caldron, and Dragon's Mouth Spring.

    Old Faithful Geyser

    Old Faithful is a cone geyser in the Upper Geyser Basin of Yellowstone National Park. It is one of the park's most well-known natural features, and is famous for its predictability. It generally erupts every 91 minutes.

Today, we will continue to explore Yellowstone National Park by visiting Mammoth Hot Springs, the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone, Yellowstone River Falls, and more. In the afternoon, we will drive back to Missoula.

  • If you would like to join the optional activities, please pay the fee in cash to the tour guide. You cannot buy / use the tickets on your own or use City Passes. The tour guide will arrange the tickets for the group.
  • Mandatory Fee (pay the fee in cash to the tour guide): Adult$50, Child$40, including Yellowstone National Park and fuel surcharge.
  • Meals and drinks unspecified during the trip.
  • A mandatory service fees: Minimum $10 / day / person should be paid in cash to tour guide and the bus driver as a service fee. Any child / Infant reserving a seat will have to pay the service fees as well. Ex: 2 people taking a 2-day tour would pay: $10 x 2 (seats) x 2 (days) = $40.
  • Personal room fees: such as laundry or valet services, telephone calls, or alcoholic beverages/mini bar items, unless they are otherwise specified.

  • Tour route may be changed and reversed; you may contact the vendor 1-2 days prior departure to confirm final itinerary
  • Customers are held solely responsible for their own travel documents and/or visas if required.
  • Bus Arrangement: Usually only passengers in the same order will be arranged in the same bus. If you book the tour separately with your friends and you want to sit in the same bus, you need to inform us before departure . Or you may be arranged in different buses.
  • Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.
  • This tour does not accept any City Pass or your own tickets for the attraction. Passengers who take this tour need to purchase admission tickets from tour escort on the departure date.
  • Post-tour: At the end of Tour, our tour guide and driver will bring our guests to hotel, and assist in check in process if you book "Red Lion Inn/ Courtyard Federal Way/ Fairland Inn or equivalent" .
    Also 24 Hour Airport drop-off service for the next day, but please note that the check-out time for hotel is 11:00 AM.. You can choose one of the following drop-off location: airport(SEA),Seattle Cruise terminal, Seattle Chinatown, king street station/ union station/Greyhound Bus Station.

Confirmation

  • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book the airline tickets until you received the confirmation.

Redemption

  • Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

  • PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
    The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.
  • Booking changes
    A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply. Please be noted that we do not allow departure change 48 hours before departure.
  • Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to TakeTours by email or through web mail at Contact Us .
  • Cancellation penalties per person (request day and departure day are not counted)
    If requested 21 days before the tour departure date, the received payments would be refunded after deductions of all hotels, air tickets, credit card processing fee and any expenses incurred.
    If requested is in between 11 days to 20 days before the tour departure date, the received payments would be refunded after deduction of 50% of tour price, as well as hotel, air tickets and any expenses incurred.
    If requested within 10 days from the tour departure date, no refund will be allowed.
    If customer chose to discontinue tour before the tour is finished or miss any part of the tour, no refund would be allowed. In addition, it is the client own responsibilities for all consequences arises from an early termination of the tour.
    The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
    If any personal factor (Missing travel documents, being late, sickness, accident etc.) resulted customer not to attend the tour or to discontinue the tour, there would be no refund and any make up service. Our company has no responsibility for customer's any activity since the termination of the tour.
    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of the tour.
  • Itinerary Variations We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
  • Tour Cancellation:
    We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, TakeTours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers. We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.

We are travelling from Australia and will have a rental van which will need secure parking for the 4 day tour. Where can we leave it safely and cheaply in Seattle? The answer to this question will decide whether we book or not
