Day 1: Seattle airport pick-up


There is free airport pick-up service at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA). Please wait for the tour guide at number 1 Baggage Claim area, and then guests will be taken to the hotel to catch a rest. Guests are able to arrange the rest of day by their own,or join our optional Night Tour.

Night tour: (Flight arrivals before 6:00PM) Seattle Fisherman Wharf - Kerry Park - Starbucks Reserve Roastery and Tasting Room

To reserve the seats of Night Tour:
1. To arrange the Night tour, it requires at least 2 guests enrolled; If less than 2 passengers on the departure day, we will cancel the tour and issue a full refund to the guest.
2. If the guest intends to join the tour on the departure day, we will arrange the seats according to the availability of the arrival date. First come, first serve.

    Here you will enjoy from Seattle Harbor to see the Great Wheel, and Kerry Park to take photos at the best spots in Seattle. At the same time, we will visit Starbucks Reserve Roastery and Tasting Room.

Day 2: Seattle - Spokane - Missoula(397 miles)

We will begin this tour by driving east along I-90 until we reach Spokane. Later the tour continues to Missoula in Montana. We will stop at the 50,000 Silver Dollar collection bar in Western Montana.

We will arrive in Yellowstone National Park around noon and tour the most famous national park in the country including the Dragon's Mouth Spring, Artist Point, Yellowstone Falls and West Thumb Lake.

In the morning, we will continue our tour of Yellowstone.Then we will visit the Grand Teton National Park. After that go to the famous Antler Arches of Jackson in the Jackson town.

We will deeply explore many of the features: Rainbow Colors, hissing steam, and pungent odors combine to create an experience unique in Yellowstone. After that, we will return to Missoula.

    The Mud Volcano blew itself apart in the early 20th century, but visitors can still see the impressive crater and other geothermal features in the surrounding area, such as the Mud Cauldron, Black Dragon's Caldron, and Dragon's Mouth Spring.

    Fountain Paint Pot

    Fountain Paint Pot, heated by the region's underground hot springs, F.P.P is half hot spring, half mud basin. The spring releases natural shades of red and yellow because of the oxidation of iron in the soil.

Day 6: Missoula - Coeur d'Alene - Seattle(423 miles)

Today, we will go on a sightseeing tour of Lake Couer d'Alene. Afterwards, we will drive back to Seattle, where the tour will come to an end. Please see "Departure and Return" for more detailed information regarding pickup and drop-off times and locations.

  • Airport pick-up info:
    • Free Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) pick-up serive is available.
    • Complimentary free airport pick-up time are 12:00pm, 16:00pm, 21:00pm. If customers arrived outside of the complimentary airport pickup hours, we offer paid airport pick-up service at a cost of $140 for the first two passengers and extra $10 charge on each additional passenger.
    • Please provide your detail flight information before the tour start, otherwise we will not provide airport pick-up service. Please transfer to the first night hotel by yourselves, you can get the first night hotel info from the operater.
  • We only offer SEA-TAC International Airport (SEA) drop-off service, and please book your flight departure after 9pm.

    • If you would like to join the optional activities, please pay the fee in cash to the tour guide. You cannot buy / use the tickets on your own or use City Passes. The tour guide will arrange the tickets for the group.
  • Mandatory Fee: $110/person (Admissions for Yellowstone, Grand Teton).
  • Meals and drinks unspecified during the trip.
  • A mandatory service fees: Minimum $12 / day / person should be paid in cash to tour guide and the bus driver as a service fee. Any child / Infant reserving a seat will have to pay the service fees as well. Ex: 2 people taking a 2-day tour would pay: $12 x 2 (seats) x 2 (days) = $48.
  • Personal room fees: such as laundry or valet services, telephone calls, or alcoholic beverages/mini bar items, unless they are otherwise specified.

  • Minimum 2 people required for the product.
  • City passes are not accepted during an escorted tour due to the fact that they do not correspond into the tour schedule. Guests need to purchase admission tickets from tour guides.
  • Bus Arrangement: Usually only passengers in the same order will be arranged in the same bus. If you book the tour separately with your friends and you want to sit in the same bus, you need to inform us before departure . Or you may be arranged in different buses.
  • Itinerary may change without notice
  • Itineraries are subject to change due to the weather, transportation and other conditions, in order to provide the best experience for you.
  • In case of attraction closures (due to holidays or construction, etc.), tour guide may make some necessary changes to the itinerary accordingly.
  • Customers are held solely responsible for their own travel documents and/or visas if required.
  • Hotel rooms: Each hotel room can accommodate no more than 4 guests (adults or children), and existing bedding must be used
  • Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.

Confirmation

  • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book the airline tickets until you received the confirmation.

Redemption

  • Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

Terms & Condition

  • PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
    The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.
  • Booking changes
    A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply. Please be noted that we do not allow departure change 48 hours before departure.
  • Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to TakeTours by email or through web mail at Contact Us .
  • Cancellation penalties per person (request day and departure day are not counted)
    If requested 21 days before the tour departure date, the received payments would be refunded after deductions of all hotels, air tickets, credit card processing fee and any expenses incurred.
    If requested is in between 11 days to 20 days before the tour departure date, the received payments would be refunded after deduction of 50% of tour price, as well as hotel, air tickets and any expenses incurred.
    If requested within 10 days from the tour departure date, no refund will be allowed.
    If customer chose to discontinue tour before the tour is finished or miss any part of the tour, no refund would be allowed. In addition, it is the client own responsibilities for all consequences arises from an early termination of the tour.
    The refund amount will be credited directly to your account. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 10% handling fee.
    If any personal factor (Missing travel documents, being late, sickness, accident etc.) resulted customer not to attend the tour or to discontinue the tour, there would be no refund and any make up service. Our company has no responsibility for customer's any activity since the termination of the tour.
    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of the tour.
  • Itinerary Variations We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
  • Tour Cancellation:
    We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, TakeTours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers. We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
