Day 1: Toronto

Today we will gather in Toronto. Free transfer from the airport to hotels is available every hour between 10:00am and 10:00pm.

Day 2: Toronto - Kingston - Ottawa - Montreal (619 km)

We will depart from Toronto in the morning for Kingston. Upon arrival guests would visit the Kingston City Hall, the Royal Military College, and the famous Queen's University. After lunch, we will arrive and take a city tour in the capital city of Ottawa, where our day will be spent seeing the city's sights. First stop at Parliament Hill to takes photos and visit the Canadian Museum of Civilization, followed by taking an exclusive arrangement to take the Ottawa [Capital] Cruise. Then, we will visit Sussex Drive where a number of embassies are located as well as the Canadian Prime Minister's home and Rideau Hall. At last head to Montreal, QC for the night.
Note: If the cruise is closed due to unforeseen circumstances, we will visit the Canadian War Museum instead.

Kingston, ON

Located midway between Toronto and Montreal, Kingston was named the first capital of the Province of Canada. Kingston is a city rich in history, culture, critically acclaimed attractions and cuisine.

Kingston City Hall (Outside Visit)

Built in 1844, this National Historic Site of Canada was once the main governmental building of the capital city of the Province of Canada. Today, it is the city hall of Kingston and a community hub.

Queen's Universtiy

Queen's University is a large public research institution in Kingston, Ontario. One of the oldest universities in the country, it actually predates the establishment of Canada as an independent country.

Royal Military College of Canada

Canada's Royal Military College is the premier degree-granting military university in the country, where cadets are trained in academics, officership, bilingualism, and athletics, considered by the Canadian military to be the four pillars of success.
Ottawa, ON

Located on the Ottawa River in eastern Ontario, Canada's capital city is also its center of technology and politics. This historic city features many museums, art galleries, and performance centers as well as other attractions like the Rideau Canal.

Parliament Hill (Outside Visit)

Parliament Hill, located on the banks of the Ottawa River Canada's capital city, is home to the Canadian Parliament. The gorgeous location and dramatic architecture make this a huge tourist location-- more than 3 million people come every year.

Ottawa River Boat Cruise

From the comfort a climate-controlled cruise ship, you will sail down the beautiful Ottawa River, the border between Quebec and Ontario, seeing Victorian mansions and expansive Canadian forests as you kick back, relax, and float along.

Canadian War Museum

The Canadian War Museum in Canada's capital city of Ottawa, ON is the country's national museum of military history. This large museum was established in 1880 and has a collection containing more than 500,000 historically significant pieces.

Gatineau, QC

The Canadian Museum of Civilization is one of North America's oldest heritage and cultural preservation sites. It explores 20,000 years of human history and Canadian culture and is visited by more than 1.2 million people every year.

Day 3: Montreal - Quebec City (262 km)

Today we will tour Montreal, QC, visiting St. Joseph's Oratory and Notre-Dame Basilica (outside), before heading to the Olympic Stadium and Tower.
Summer schedule: In the afternoon, we will visit Edifice Marie-Guyart and Historic District of Old Quebec. At night, we will have a French dinner.
Winter schedule: In the afternoon, we'll visit the Ice hotel (from Jan 4th to Mar 25) instead of Olympic Tower and Edifice Marie-Guyart. If the Ice Hotel is closed, we will visit Edifice Marie-Guyart instead(on your own expense). Afterwards, we will head to historic Quebec City for the night, where we will get to spend time in the Historic District.

Montreal, QC

Montreal, Quebec is the second-largest city in Canada, and the center of French Canadian culture. Called "Canada's Cultural Capital," Montreal offers much to see and do, whether you are looking to explore history or the arts.

Notre-Dame Basilica

The Notre-Dame Basilica-Cathedral in Montreal, Quebec is the oldest parish church in North America, founded in 1647. It is also the first to be elevated to the rank of basilica. Visitors also come for its impressive neoclassical architecture.

St. Josephs Oratory

Saint Joseph's Oratory of Mount Royal is a magnificent domed basilica in Montreal, Quebec that sits on the slopes of Mount Royal. The largest church in all of Canada, this national shrine can hold up to 10,000 people.

Olympic Stadium and Tower

Built for the 1976 Summer Olympic Games, the Olympic Tower offers stunning views of Montreal. Standing imperially over the Olympic Park, the Olympic tower slants at a 30 degree incline, and is the tallest inclined tower in the world.

Quebec City, QC

Quebec City is one of the oldest cities in North America. It was founded by Samuel de Champlain in 1608, and some of the architecture in Old Quebec dates back centuries. The Chateau Frontenac is the most famous landmark.

Ice Hotel

The Hotel de Glace just outside Quebec City is the only Ice Hotel in North America. This amazing architectural achievement is reconstructed every winter entirely out snow and ice. There is even an ice chapel in which weddings are hosted.

Historic District of Old Quebec

This UNESCO World Heritage Site traces its history to 1620 and the establishment of the Saint-Louis Fort. Old Quebec is known for its architecture and its value as a testament to the impact of colonization.

Edifice Marie-Guyart

A 31-storey, 132 m office skyscraper completed in 1972 in Quebec City, Canada. The brutalist style tower is the tallest building in the city. On the top of the tower block is the Observatoire de la Capitale that provides a 360 degree view of the city and beyond from a height of 221 meters.

Day 4: Quebec City - Thousand Islands - Toronto (813 km)

In the morning, we will leave Quebec City. During the winter, we can take an optional dog sled ride (start from late December) before heading to the Thousand Islands region, where we will take a helicopter tour before returning to Toronto.
In the summer, we will instead take a boat cruise through the Thousand Islands, seeing historic Boldt Castle. Then we will return to Toronto.

Boldt Castle

Day 5: Toronto - Boston (885 km)

In the morning we will leave Toronto and drive across the US-Canadian border to Boston for the night.

Day 6: Boston-Woodbury-Jersey City (426 km)

Today, we will take a relaxing tour of Boston. First, we will visit Harvard University and pass by MIT, then take the Boston Harbor Cruise , giving us a breathtaking to enjoy the view of the city from the water. Then we will have a city tour in Boston and discover the Old State House and take Boston Harbor Cruises. Afterward, we go to visit the Woodbury Outlets. We will spend the night in New Jersey..

Boston, MA

Boston is a city as beautiful as it is historically significant. Visitors can walk the Freedom Trail and see where the seeds of the American Revolution were sown or visit the North End and look out over the harbor.

Harvard University (Passing By)

One of the most famous institutions of higher learning in the world, Harvard University in Cambridge, MA has been standing since 1636, making it the oldest university in the United States. Tourists come for both history and the architecture.

MIT (Passing By)

The Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, Massachusetts is a research university known the world over for its highly selective and intense academics, and MIT alumni include 24 Nobel Prize winners and 22 Rhodes Scholars.

Massachusetts State House

Day 7: New York

Today, we will take a tour of New York City, pass by Wall Street and The New York Stock Exchange. Then visit One World Trade Center, Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum, Madame Tussaud’s Wax Museum. Guests will also have the chance to take a Statue of Liberty Cruise to see the Statue of Liberty from the water. Afterwards, shopping at Fifth Avenue. Then we will have a short stop at Rockefeller Center, St. Patrick's Cathedral, take photos at United Nations, pass by Empire State Building and reach to Times Square. Return to hotel after dinner.

Day 8: New York - Philadelphia - Washington D.C. (380 km)

We will travel to Philadelphia, PA in the morning to see National Independence Park and Independence Hall. From there, we will continue on to Washington, DC, where we will see the US Capitol and visit the Jefferson, Lincoln Memorials. We will delight to choose one Museum from Smithsonian Institution. We will spend the night in Pennsylvania.

Independence Hall

One of Philadelphia's most famous landmarks, Independence Hall in Independence National Historical Park is the location where both the Declaration of Independence and the United States Constitution were debated, written, and ratified by the Founding Fathers of the USA.

Old Capitol Building

Part of the American independence hall, a George style red brick building in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA. From 1790 to 1800, it served as the capital of the United States in Philadelphia, the building is home to the United States congress, and the earliest congress office building in the United States.

Day 9: Pennsylvania - Corning - Toronto (356 km)

Leaving hotel in the morning and visit the Corning Museum of Glass. After lunch, we will return to Toronto. On the way, we may stop at Duty Free Store for some tax-free purchase. We will return to Toronto in the late evening.

Day 10: Toronto - Niagara Falls - Toronto (256 km)

Today, we will visit Niagara Falls to see the IMAX Movie. Guests can take an optional excursion to the Skylon Tower to overlook the falls or go on a Hornblower Cruise at their own expense. At the end of the day, we will return to Toronto.

Day 11: Toronto

Today, we will explore Toronto, passing by City Hall, the University of Toronto, Chinatown and more. Guests also have the option of ascending the CN Tower to get an unprecedented view of the city. Then, we will take the Toronto island Cruise (summer only) and take lunch before visiting Casa Loma in the afternoon. In the evening, guests will transfer to the airport for their departure flights, bringing an end to the tour.

Due to the severe weather in Canada, even the pre-paid attraction will be cancelled, we'll refund the full charge once it happend.

All meals and drinks during the trip, but the tour guide will arrange for.
A mandatory service fees are not included and required. Min $16.00 US dollar or CAD per person per day to the Driver and Guide in US side or Canada side. Min CAD $8.00 per person for Toronto airport transfer.

Booking: If you are making a booking within 14 days of departure, please book airline tickets after your tour booking is confirmed, tour booking will be confirmed within 2-3 business days.
Seating Arrangement: To be fair, the tour guide is responsible for the daily tourist car seating arrangements, the guest should be arranged according to the table. (First 4 rows in the tour bus are VIP seats. You can book first 4 row seats for CAD $120/ person/ 8 days)
On Site Change: If you need change, please inform 72 hours prior to departure. As a result of changes and delays, we will not be responsible and will not accept any change within 72 hours (during the long weekend to 5 days in advance).

Booking changes
A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.
Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Taketours by email or through web mail at Contact Us .
Cancellation penalties per person (Notification day and departure day are not counted)
7 or more days prior to departure - $300/person
4-6 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount
Within 3 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every efforts to maintain the normal operation.
The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of tour.
Itinerary Variations
We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
Tour Cancellation:
We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Taketours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.
We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
