Day 1: Toronto - Clarksburg Premium Outlets

Depart from Toronto and ahead to USA. We will pass by Niagara Falls, ahead to Clarksburg Premium Outlets at noon, there are 200 more stores, you can find a most updated trend & world luxury stores such as Asics, Tory Burch, Salvatore Ferragamo, Superdry, Kate Spade, UGG &, etc. Transfer to the hotel.

Day 2: Washington DC - Hershey's Chocolate World (210 km)

Arrive at Washington DC in the early morning, visit The Washington monument, Lincoln memorial, the Air & Space Museum and Madame Tussauds(Fee applied). Following, we will head towards Tidal Basin and The Thomas Jefferson Memorial National Park to enjoy the beautiful bloom of the cherry blossoms. Proceed to Hershey's Chocolate World in the afternoon where we get to meet the characters from the Hershey's products, learn about the process of chocolate making and also to experience the exciting new chocolate-making tour rides. Transfer to the hotel after dinner.

Day 3: Washington DC - Centre Hall - Toronto (659 km)

Leaving the hotel in the morning and visit the legendary Penn's Cave. You can take the motorboat tour to explore the cave (Fee applied). After lunch, we will return to Toronto. Before crossing the border, we will make a brief stop at Duty Free Store where you can make your tax-free purchase. The journey will end at Toronto in the late evening.

  • If you would like to join the optional activities, please pay the fee in cash to the tour guide. You cannot buy / use the tickets on your own or use City Passes. The tour guide will arrange the tickets for the group.
  • Due to the severe weather in Canada, even the pre-paid attraction might be cancelled, we'll refund the full charge once it happend.
  • Air fares between your city and Toronto
  • Personal room fees such as laundry or valet services, telephone calls, or alcoholic beverages/mini bar items, unless they are otherwise specified.
  • All meals and drinks during the trip, but the tour guide will arrange for.
  • A mandatory service fees are not included and required. Minimum: Minimum: $16.00 US dollar or CAD per person per day to the Driver and Guide in US side or Canada side. Min CAD $8.00 per person for airport transfer.

  • All the admissions and attraction must be bought from our tour guide.
  • All fares are based on USD, for guest only carried CAD, should pay extra expense from difference in exchange rate.
  • Booking: If you are making a booking within 14 days of departure, please book airline tickets after your tour booking is confirmed, tour booking will be confirmed within 2-3 business days.
  • Seating Arrangement: To be fair, the tour guide is responsible for the daily tourist car seating arrangements, the guest should be arranged according to the table. (First 4 rows in the tour bus are VIP seats. You can book first 4 row seats for CAD $48/ person/ 3 days)
  • On Site Change: If you need change, please inform 72 hours prior to departure. As a result of changes and delays, we will not be responsible and will not accept any change within 72 hours (during the long weekend to 5 days in advance).
  • Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (English/Chinese).
  • No smoking in all hotels

  • Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a receipt of booking by email.

Redemption

  • Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

Terms & Condition

  • Booking changes
    A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.
  • Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Taketours by email or through web mail at Contact Us .
  • Cancellation penalties per person (Notification day and departure day are not counted)
    7 or more days prior to departure - $75/person
    4-6 days prior to departure - $150/person
    Within 3 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
    Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
    Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every efforts to maintain the normal operation.
    The refund amount will be credited directly to your account. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of tour.
  • Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
  • Tour Cancellation:
    We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Taketours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.
    We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
