Day 1: Vancouver-Kamloops-Salmon Arm-Revelstoke (511 km)

In the morning, we will depart from Vancouver. Along the Fize Valley Highway, we will travel to Kamloops, where we can visit a famous ginseng factory. Afterwards we will proceed to Eagle Pass to visit the Last Spike of the transcontinental railway that connected the east and west coasts of Canada. We will spend the night in Revelstoke or Salmon Arm.

Join us for an epic scenic drive to Yoho National Park! We will head to Vermilion Lake where the water originates from the hot springs of the Sulphur Mountain! The color of the riverbed has become brown, making it photographic favorable region in Banff. Shortly after, we will head to Bow Falls and finally arrive at the Banff National Park!

After breakfast, drive westward and pass-through Castle Mountain, which is an impressive landmark. Then we will take a rest at Lake Louise Village. In the afternoon, we'll drive along the glacier road and feel the charm of the icebound country. Overlooking the Crow Claw Glacier in the distance, the glacier on the cliff of the mountain flows out in three directions, like a crow's claw. The most amazing thing in winter is Abraham Lake, which is famous for its frothy ice. After seeing the beautiful scenery along the way, you can even take a ride on a helicopter to enjoy the charm of the ice field at a high altitude! Professional pilots will escort you as you overlook the magnificent Rocky Mountains from a high altitude.

If there is no ice or bad weather during the tour, this attraction will be cancelled and we may visit other attraction instead.

Day 4: Banff-Banff National Park-Banff-Calgary (213 km)

In the morning, take a bus to Johnston Canyon. When winter comes, the rushing waterfalls in summer condense into silver ice curtains, which glitter in the sun. We have carefully arranged the experience of ice walking in the canyon just for you. Walking in the ice snow canyon on foot, you can see the hanging waterfall curtain of perfect lines. In the afternoon, we will continue to explore Louise Lake, another hidden gem in the Rocky Mountains and in the afternoon, we will stop at Banff Town and then drive back to Calgary.

Additional Note

  • If your itinerary includes airport pick-up and drop-off service, please provide accurate flight information and arrive at the designated pick-up location in advance. If the pick-up or designated pick-up location is mistaken due to inaccurate information you have provided, you will be charged C$30/pp for a second pick-up service.
  • According to different hotel operation requirements, you may be required to provide credit card information as a deposit during your stay for miscellaneous expenses and incidental guarantees (such as telephone expense, laundry, catering).
  • All activities and meals must be booked in advance. Please understand that no additional bookings will be provided during the tour.
  • During the tour, please arrive at the pick-up location at the time scheduled by the tour guide. Do not be late to avoid delaying other tourists' itinerary. If you are late or miss the transportation we have provided, you are responsible (at your own expense) to meet the group at the next designated meeting location.
  • During your trip, the tour guide may pick-up or drop-off travelers accommodated at different hotels. The tour guide will make reasonable arrangements according to the presented situation. Please cooperate and understand, thank you.
  • During your trip, there may be different vehicles and tour guides serving you.
  • If for any reason you need to leave our group during the trip, you must fill out a "Letter of Liability Release", no exceptions.
  • Guests under 16 years old, must be accompanied by an adult (Age 18 or above).
  • In the event of traffic, weather, or other circumstances not under our company's control, or if you are unable to participate in activities included in the itinerary due to personal reasons, no refunds will be given.
  • If you have special needs (such as but not limited to: bed type, vegetarian options, high-chairs, etc.) please inform us at least 7 days before your trip. We will do our best to accommodate you, but there is no guarantee.

Confirmation

  • After the reservation information is submitted, you will immediately receive a receipt email for the reservation order. Within 72 hours of submission, you will receive an order status confirmation email. Please do not book a flight until you receive an order status confirmation email.

Redemption

  • After booking online, you will receive a "confirmation email" with complete instructions, including the local phone number of the destination. When you are sure, be sure to print this "confirmation email" and take it with you on your trip -- evidence that you have paid for it.

Terms & Condition

  • The following applies to order cancellations and changes:
    - reduce the number of participants for the same order
    - cancel the entire order
    - change of itinerary
    - change different dates for the same trip
    1. No refund will be made for any change or cancellation of the entire order or one or all of the activities, meals, tickets and accommodation within 14 days prior to the departure of the tour;
    2. 15-30 days prior to the departure of the tour - 75% will be refunded
    3. Charge C$50/ order/time service fee 31 days or more before the tour (activities and catering are refundable)
    4. The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
  • The following applies to order modification
    - increase the number of participants in the trip (depending on the resource situation of the corresponding date of the trip)
    - change the name of the person participating in the trip
    1. No modification shall be made within 14 days before the tour
    2. A service fee of C$50/ single/trip will be charged for 15days or more before the trip
  • If your itinerary includes shuttle service, please be sure to provide accurate flight information and arrive at the designated pick-up location in advance. The travel agency reserves the right to provide the second service or to charge $30 per person if there is an error in pick-up due to inaccurate information.
  • Visitors under the age of 16 should be accompanied by an adult (aged 18 or above).
  • Please understand that complimentary items unavailable due to traffic, weather or other force majeure factors, or you cannot participate due to personal reasons, the fees will not be refunded.
