  • Price for upgrading to Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise is fluctuation according to the hotel, the final upgrade price will be provided after we confirm with the hotel.
    • Listed prices are subject to change as hotel availability may be limited. Alternate hotel selections and travel dates will be advised (within one business day) and prices will vary.
    • Single price is for one person staying in one room. Double, Triple and Quadruple prices are for two people, three people and four people staying in one room respectively.
    • Child price applies to children under 12 years old and don't occupy the beds, sharing a room with 2 adults.

Day 1: Vancouver - Kelowna - Okanagan - Vernon - Salmon Arm/Revelstoke (579 km)

Today we will head to Kelowna, BC to visit Lake Okanagan and a VQA Winery. We will then contiue on to Vernon, BC to spend time at the Planet Bee Honey Farm before making our way to Salmon Arm or Revelstoke for the night.

Day 2: Salmon Arm - Glacier National Park - Banff National Park - Banff (297 km)

Today, we will go though Rogers Pass and then head for Banff National Park. Ride the Sulphur Mountain Gondola to reach the top of the mountain. We will arrive in Banff in the afternooon where you can enjoy shopping or Sulfur Mountain hot spring for free.

Day 3: Banff - Banff National Park - Salmon Arm (250 km)

In the morning we will see the Bow Falls just outside the city. We will then enter Banff National Park, where guests will visit the Lake Louise to enjoy the fantastic winter view. Our day will conclude in Salmon Arm, BC or Revelstoke, BC.

Day 4: Salmom Arm - Kamloops - Merritt - Vancouver (415 km)

Today, we will visit Last Spike Firstly. On our way to Vancouver we will stop in Kamloops, BC to visit the Sunmore Ginseng Factory. After a quick stop for lunch in the town of Meritt, BC, we will continue back to Vancouver. Please see "Departure and Return Details" for more information.

Confirmation

  • Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a receipt of booking by email. Within 72 hours of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email confirming the booking status. Please do not book any airline tickets until you receive the status of your booking.

Redemption

  • You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order is received. Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your confirmation email. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

  • Booking changes
    A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.
  • Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Taketours by email or through web mail at Contact Us.
  • Cancellation penalties per person as follows:(Notification day and departure day are not counted)
    21-35 days or more before departure - 30% of total purchase amount
    14 - 20 days before departure - 50% of total purchase amount
    0 - 14 days before of departure - 100% of total purchase amount
    Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
  • Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
  • Tour Cancellation:
    We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure of the tour, Taketours only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.

  • The 4-day Canadian Rockies tour was very well organised and covered the most important highlights. Our tour guide Jake was very well informed and took special care to explain things in English to a few non-Chinese families on the tour bus. We had a wonderful and memorable trip.
