    Day 1: Vancouver - Fraser Valley - Kelowna - Okanagan - Vernon (448 km)

    We will begin our journey by driving out of Vancouver along the Trans-Canada Highway, passing through Fraser Valley as we head east to Kelowna, the heart of the Okanagan Valley. It is here that we will visit Lake Okanagan, where we will hear about the legendary monster, Ogopogo, that is said to live in the lake. And visit the renowned winery for wine tasting and purchase. Pass by Kalamalka Lake, then we will stop by a local honey farm before settling down for the evening in Vernon.

      Kalamalka Lake (Passing By)

      The Kalamalka Lake Provincial Park is a highly recommended location for canoeing or kayaking picnicking, bird and other wildlife watching, and, in the winter, cross-country skiing. The lake's waters can range from deep purple to vibrant sky blue.

      The Planet Bee Honey Farm and Honeymoon Meadery is an interactive apiary in British Columbia that seeks to teach visitors about the amazing honey bee. Guided tours offer an inside look at honey hives and the honey-making process.

    Day 2: Vernon - Salmon Arm - Golden - Yoho National Park - Banff National Park - Banff (344 km)

    Proceed to the Eagle Pass and visit the "Last Spike". After passing through Golden, enter Yoho National Park and visit the Natural Bridge and the Emerald Lake. Then, at Banff National Park, passing by Vermilion Lakes. Arrive in the quintessential alpine village of Banff. Stay overnight in Banff.

    Day 3: Banff Nantional Park - Jasper National Park - Columbia Icefield Hotel (206 km)

    Visit Bow FallsGondola to the summit of the Sulphur Mountain. Stop and take photos at Two Jack Lake and Lake Minnewanka. Next, we will visit the Lake Louise and enjoy a meal at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise (meal plan). then head to Moraine Lake (subject to road condition). After passing by Bow Lake. Ride across Athabasca Glacier on "Ice Explorer". We will stay at the unique hotel at the Columbia Icefield that features spectacular views of the Athabasca Glacier during the day and unmatched stargazing at night.

      Banff Gondola

      This unique cable-car ride takes visitors to Alberta, Canada's Banff National Park to the top of Sulphur Mountain, a UNESCO World Hertitage Site. Atop the mountain there are many viewing areas, a long boardwalk, and two small museums.

      Banff Gondola will be closed for maintenance from Jan 5 -17, 2020.

    Day 4: Jasper National Park - Jasper - Valemount (88 km)

    In the morning, we will step out onto the Glacier Skywalk. After visiting Athabasca Falls, we will head to the town of Jasper. We will have the option of river rafting or horseback riding. Visit Maligne Canyon. Afterwards, we will go to Mount Robson on our way to Valemount, where we will spend the night.

    Day 5: Valemount - Clearwater - Kamloops - Vancouver (606 km)

    Travel along Thompson River and pass the district of Clearwater and Wells Gray Provincial Park. Heads west to Kamloops, a city with over 2,000 hours of sunshine per year. Visit the only GMP certified Ginseng factory in west Canada and learn about the amazing healing power of Ginseng. After passing by Hope and Hunter's Creek, we will then return to Vancouver, where we should arrive in the late afternoon, and transfer to the airport.
