    Day 1: Vancouver - Fraser Valley - Kelowna - Okanagan - Vernon / Salmon Arm (531 km)

    We will begin our journey by driving out of Vancouver along the Trans-Canada Highway, passing through Fraser Valley as we head east to Kelowna, the heart of the Okanagan Valley. It is here that we will visit Lake Okanagan, where we will hear about the legendary monster, Ogopogo, that is said to live in the lake. We will stop by a local honey farm before settling down for the evening in either Vernon or Salmon Arm.

      It is one of the warmest regions in all of Canada. During the summer months, visitors are offered countless sandy beaches, hot sun, and a variety of outdoor and water activities. It is also a spectacular backdrop to the golf courses and Okanagan wineries and popular ski resorts.

      Okanagan Lake

      This large and deep lake in the Okanagan Valley region of Canada's British Columbia is a popular recreation spot that offers a variety of activities in addition to gorgeous scenery. It has a surface area of 351 square kilometers.

    Day 2: Salmon Arm/Vernon - Yoho National Park - Banff National Park - Kananaskis (411 km)

    Today, we will go see the Last Spike before passing by Yoho National Park on our way to Banff National Park, where we will enjoy exquisite views of the Canadian Rocky Mountains. Then, we will visit Johnston Canyon before spending the night in Kannanaskis.

      The outpost of Craigellachie is a tourist stop in the Eagle Pass, which allows the Canadian Pacific Railway to pass through the Monashee Mountains. This was the location in which the "Last Spike" of the railway was placed.

    Day 3: Kananaskis - Banff National Park - Banff (110 km)

    We will pass by Castle Mountain, continue our journey to Moraine Lake (subject to road condition), see the Ten Peaks' view and stroll along the Lake Louise. We will have meal at the Chateau Lake Louise (meal plan). Later, we will arrive at Banff and explore this alpine town. Then, we will be able to partake in optional activities like rafting, horseback riding and more.

      A region located in Banff National Park, this area is so named because the ten summits of the mountain range in the distance are clearly visible. It is an open valley area that also includes Moraine Lake.

      Lake Louise

      Lake Louise is a glacial lake in Alberta, Canada's Banff National Park. The lake is known for its vibrant blue-green coloration, which comes from rock flour carried into the lake by the water of the nearby melting glaciers.

    Day 4: Banff - Jasper National Park - Jasper - Valemount (337 km)

    From Banff, we will drive along the Icefield Parkway, passing by Bow Lake on our way to Jasper National Park before arriving at the Columbia Icefield. Once we are here, we will ride the Ice Explorer onto the Athabasca Glacier, followed by a walk on the Glacier Skywalk. Then, we will visit the Athabasca Falls and the town of Jasper. Later, we will drive to Mount Robson and spend the night in Valemount.

    Day 5: Valemount - Clearwater - Kamloops - Vancouver (606 km)

    Travel along Thompson River and pass the district of Clearwater and Wells Gray Provincial Park. Heads west to Kamloops, a city with over 2,000 hours of sunshine per year. Visit the only GMP certified Ginseng factory in west Canada and learn about the amazing healing power of Ginseng. After passing by Hope and Hunter's Creek, we will then return to Vancouver, where we should arrive in the late afternoon, and transfer to the airport.     • Cancellation penalties per person (request day and departure day are not counted)
      23-30 days prior to departure date - 30% penalty
      15-22 days prior to departure date - 50% penalty
      No refund within 14-day prior to departure date. No partial refund on any unused services.
      The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. The refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee
      NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds 30 days after completion of the tour.
