Day 1: Vancouver

Today we will board the VIA Rail to Jasper. Economy Class seats do not include any meal plans but they meals and drinks are available to purchase on the train.

Day 2: Jasper-Jasper National Park (8 km)

Arrive Kamloops, BC for 30 minutes break. Enjoy the spectacular view of Mt. Robson on your right-hand side when the train coming close to Jasper National Park. Arrive Jasper station around 11:00 am, you will be transfer to Jasper Park Lodge by the hotel shuttle bus. Upon arrival, check-in to hotel and free at leisure for the rest of the day.

Planetarium Experience - Join the astronomy experts in a dome theatre for a live virtual tour of Jasper; the world's largest accessible dark sky preserve. (*Reservation is required)

Today, you will take the transfer from Jasper National Park to Lake Louise, the biggest National Park in Canada.

Today, take shuttle to Banff. Upon arrival, free at your leisure for the rest of the day. **Transportation from Lake Louise Hotel to Banff Hotel is included.

Day 6: Banff National Park-Calgary (165 km)

Bid farewell to the Rocky Mountain, today you will return to Calgary International Airport. Please check the shuttle bus schedule before booking returning flight

Additional Note

Hotel rooms: The standard Twin room in North American hotels is equipped with one double bed, two double beds or one double bed or one sofa bed. Triple/Quadruple room does not include a third/fourth bed the room types are based on the double occupancy. No extra bed for 3rd & 4th person.
Check-in time: Hotel check in time is 4:00 PM. Guests arriving in the morning are not guaranteed to check in.
Other Hotel Notes: According to the regulations of different hotels, you may be asked to provide credit card as a deposit for incidental expenses during the stay, such as telephone calls and ects. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms. Violation of the rules will result in a fine of passenger's own cost
Railway ticket: Since this tour includes the railway ticket, please make sure to provide us your fully legal name when your booking. Or guests would take responsibility for the loss.
Baggage Restrictions: one check in and one carry on luggage, with applicable size restrictions, are allowed for each person. Extra per baggage will be charged C$25+5%

Redemption

Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

Changes to Reservations Policy:
The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
TakeTours makes every effort to serve our customers better. We also advise all customers to purchase traveler's insurance in case of interruption, accidents, illness, or anything else that may come up. If a reservation has to be cancelled, , customers will be charged a fee depending on how far from the departure date the cancellation takes place.
50 or more days prior to departure - 20% of total purchase amount+5%GST per person will be charged
32-49 days prior to departure - 80% of total purchase amount + 5%GTS
Within 31 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount
Day of departure or no-show - 100% of total purchase amount
Itinerary Variations
We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
Tour Cancellation
We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, TakeTours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.
