Day 1: Calgary

Welcome to Calgary! Your adventure begins today with our convenient airport pickup service. Please provide your arrival time in advance, and our friendly tour guide will greet you at Arrival Level, Information Centre near Exit 7. For more details please see "Departure and Return".

Calgary is a fun city surrounded by natural landscapes, most notable Banff National Park and Jasper National Park. The local area offers stunning views of the Rocky Mountains. It is accessible via Vancouver, Seattle and other Canadian cities.

Day 2: Calgary - Banff National Park - Yoho National Park (211 km)

After pickup from Calgary we will head to Lake Louise. Then we will continue to Moraine Lake, see Ten Peaks Valley, Spiral Tunnel. We will also visit Emerald Lake and Natural Bridge.

Departure around 8:00 AM from Calgary. Complete the itinerary between 4:30 PM and 5:30 PM.

Canada's oldest national park-- and one of the first national parks in the world-- is home to an icy but gorgeous landscape.

  • Lake Louise is a glacial lake in Alberta, Canada's Banff National Park. The lake is known for its vibrant blue-green coloration, which comes from rock flour carried into the lake by the water of the nearby melting glaciers.

    Duration: Approx. 2 Hours

  • This glacial lake in Banff National Park's Valley of the Ten Peaks has a brilliant bright blue color due to rock flour that runs into its water. This beautiful and famous lake has appeared in advertisements the world over.

    *Moraine Lake open from (Late May or early June to early Oct). If closed, it will be replaced by the Vermillion Lake.

These are the western slopes of the Canadian Rocky Mountains. Towering rockwalls, spectacular waterfalls and soaring peaks earn the park its name.

  • The Emerald Lake in British Columbia, Canada's Yoho National Park is the largest of the park's many lakes and one of the park's most popular spots. The lake is named for the spectacular turquoise color of the water.

    Duration: Approx. 20 Minutes

  • The Kicking Horse River, a Canadian Heritage river, in the Yoho park, has created a natural bridge through solid rock. This formation is located 3 km west of Field, accessible from the road to Emerald Lake.

Banff, known as the "soul of the Rockies" is a small town located within Banff National Park in Alberta. It is within distance of several hiking mountains and is home to many shops and boutiques.

Day 4: Banff - Jasper National Park - Banff National Park - Calgary (453 km)

Today, we will depart for Jasper National Park. Attractions include Icefield Parkway, Bow Lake, Columbia Icefield, Ice Explorer, Peyto Lake and Crowfoot Glacier.

*Columbia Icefield closed before the 1st Saturday of May and after the 2nd Saturday of October, will be repalced by Minnewanka Lake & Banff Upper Hot Springs

Tour ends in the Calagry Airport.

    If Peyto Lake closed, visit Waterfowl Lake instead.

  • Crowfoot Glacier is located in Banff National Park, Alberta, Canada, 32 km (20 mi) northwest of Lake Louise, and can be viewed from the Icefields Parkway. The glacier is situated on the northeastern flank of Crowfoot Mountain.

    Duration: Approx. 15 Minutes

  • A small lake in western Alberta, Canada. It is located on the Bow River, in the Canadian Rockies, at an altitude of 1920 m. It is one of the lakes that line the Icefields Parkway in Banff National Park and Jasper National Park.

    Duration: Approx. 20 Minutes

Rockies Optional Activity - Columbia Icefield Ice Explorer & Skywalk:
The Columbia Icefield Adventure reveals the most unique attraction in the Canadian Rockies. Massive Brewster Ice Explorers, specially designed for glacial travel, take passengers on a remarkable excursion onto the surface of the Athabasca Glacier. Then, Walk on a cliff-edged walkway, high above the Sunwapta Valley on the Columbia Icefield Skywalk.
*If not joining this activity, you will be self-explorering at the Columbia Icefield Discovery Centre or walk to the bottom of the glacier at your own risk

Optional Activity - Banff Photo + Wildlife Night Tour:
This itinerary is an optional tour in the evening. It will take you to the famous photography spots in Banff area. The journey start with the visit of wild animals. follow by the famous sunset of Vermillion Lake, and end with the beautiful view of Banff Town under the night sky. Experienced guides will share photography skills and provide assistance to help you leave beautiful memories.
Tour start half hour before sunet at Banff National Park. Duration: 2.5 - 3 hours; return to banff hotel after tour
