Well-packed itinerary with daily surprises. Icefields Parkway views were stunning, Bow and Peyto Lakes unforgettable. Comfortable coach though WiFi was spotty. Guide's humorous commentary made long rides enjoyable.
Visiting 4 national parks in one trip was so worthwhile! Loved Emerald Lake and Moraine Lake - unreal colors. Convenient hotel locations. Thoughtful guide adjusted itinerary based on weather. Great value for money.
Columbia Icefield adventure was the highlight! Ice Explorer ride was unique, and the lakes were breathtaking. Well-paced itinerary with ample photo time. Skilled driver handled mountain roads perfectly. Definitely 5 stars!
The 5-day Rockies tour was amazing! Accommodations exceeded expectations, especially the The Crossing Resort on the Icefield Parkway. Knowledgeable guide made the trip extra special. Only minor downside was the rushed last day. Highly recommend!
The trip was great and memorable. Our guide, Garry, was excellent at keeping us on schedule, and the bus was comfortable and smooth, thanks to our driver, Albert. The accommodations were good, and the timing for stops and breaks was well planned. However, I would suggest checking the meal options before choosing a meal plan. In our group, all except four of us were Chinese, and the tour guide’s English was limited, which was manageable. The real issue was the meal plan: there were no options other than authentic Chinese food. This might not be ideal for those with food preferences or vegetarians. If you’re not Chinese, I recommend confirming the meal options in advance. Overall, it was a wonderful tour, and I would definitely recommend it.

Tour was amazing, they were very punctual, the day's itinerary could have been clear while booking, they changed the days when we visited the places but the tour guide did explain it beginning of the day so not a big issue. Our Driver Joe was really great, very professional and Tour guide Joseph did a great job explaining things in a well structured way. They accommodated our special food request and made sure we got what we requested, great job with that! Overall, I would highly recommend this tour
The given accommodation both in Jasper and Banff were excellent. very close to center of the town. The tour guide in Banff was very good and entertaining person. But, the tour guide of Jasper was just OK. Worth every penny spent on this trip.

Banff National Park is famous for its stunning mountain scenery, turquoise lakes, and abundant wildlife. Top attractions include Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, the Banff Gondola, Icefields Parkway, and the town of Banff. Popular activities range from hiking trails like Johnston Canyon, to scenic drives, wildlife viewing, and relaxing in the Banff Upper Hot Springs.
You can reach Banff National Park by car or bus from Calgary (about 1.5 hours), or join guided tours departing from Calgary, Vancouver, or Banff town. Calgary is the closest major city and offers the most convenient access to Banff and the Canadian Rockies.
Staying in Banff town is the best option, as it offers many dining choices and unique hotel options like the Elk + Avenue Hotel. For a more budget-friendly stay, Calgary is also a good choice with convenient access to the park.
Yes, 3 days is enough to explore Banff National Park’s main highlights. Spend one day discovering Banff town, Johnston Canyon, and the Upper Hot Springs; another day visiting Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, and enjoying scenic views from the Banff Gondola; and use your third day for a drive along the Icefields Parkway. This itinerary allows you to see Banff’s most famous lakes, mountain scenery, wildlife, and hot springs at a comfortable pace.
Banff is beautiful year-round. The best time to visit depends on your interests: June to September offers warm weather, hiking, and lake activities, while December to March is ideal for skiing, snowboarding, and winter festivals. Fall (September to October) features fewer crowds and colorful foliage, while spring brings melting snow and wildlife sightings.
