  • Tour was amazing, they were very punctual, the day's itinerary could have been clear while booking, they changed the days when we visited the places but the tour guide did explain it beginning of the day so not a big issue. Our Driver Joe was really great, very professional and Tour guide Joseph did a great job explaining things in a well structured way. They accommodated our special food request and made sure we got what we requested, great job with that! Overall, I would highly recommend this tour

  • Westar Travels did an excellent job in managing the tour during the peak season. All attractions were covered. All the tour guides were very good - Jamie, Stella and Simon. Hotels were decent. But Westar should drop Lake Louise gondolla (the view is not great for the ticket price and time) and instead give more time at Morraine Lake and Lake Louise.
