I had a really great experience on this tour. Kevin communicated with us in both Mandarin and English and was extremely knowledgeable about the canyons we visited. He was also very friendly and accommodating throughout the trip, always making sure everyone was comfortable and was happy to answer any questions. The itinerary was well planned and his directions were easy to follow. Harry, our bus driver, was also very nice and helped make the long drives feel safe and comfortable. Overall, it was a really enjoyable tour and I would definitely recommend it.

The tour was excellent. The tour guide was very cooperative and friendly. He took all efforts to make the tour a memorable. We could see the hidden treasuries of American national parks. My score for the trip as well as Guide is 10 out of 10.

We came away appreciating the national parks even more. Would definitely recommend Subi if you ever get the chance to tour the canyons and national parks. Would give more than 5 stars if I could 💯✨

Tour guides Shawn and Ricki were amazing. All the attractions were covered as planned. I have undergone multiple tours but accent was hard to follow at times but didn’t have problems this time at all. Food considerations were noted and they stopped at appropriate place. They were very knowledgeable and informative.

Chandler was our Tour Guide for this 3D2N Tour. He is an excellent guide, a joy to be with, considerate yet very responsible and well-respected. He knows so well what he is doing, giving us clear guidelines and instructions, which made our tour smooth and enjoyable. The driver was also friendly and on time for pickup. We went to several places as mentioned in the mandatory fee and did most of the optional tours, including the Watkins Glen Park, Congress Tour, and even the amazing Hot Air balloon, which we enjoyed so much. I highly recommend this 3D2N Tour to my family, friends, and anyone who loves US History and geography, nature lovers, and anyone who loves outdoor activities. I have been with Take Tours for almost 20 years now, bringing friends and families in groups. This is a good family and friends bonding, too.

I had a 4 day trip to Washington DC, Niagara and Boston. Our tour guide Angie is very nice and patient with us. She managed and organized the tour very well. It was an amazing experience overall. I definitely recommend this tour to others. Probably we would have spent some more time in Philadelphia and Boston.

This was an awesome trip! Loved all the places we went to. Bob Li was an excellent guide. There were good amount of stops and toiletbreaks. The bus was comfy and accommodations were good.

I loved this tour. There are so much to see and do in the Rockies. Our guide Bob Li took very good care of the group and made sure that we should get the most out of the tour. Nice hotels as well.

The tour was fantastic; they took us to many places and tourist attractions in the beautiful Atlantic provinces. Our tour guide, Sally, was very friendly and charming and knew a lot about the history of these provinces. I highly recommend Concord Tours.

We've taken quite a few trips with TakeTours, but the most recent one to Canada was one of the best. Sam was waiting for us at Toronto YYZ even before our flight landed. Five countries in 7 days felt manageable. Vienna and Prague were stunning. Bus had WiFi and good AC. Guide pre-booked tickets saving time. Danube cruise canceled due to weather—a pity. Still awesome!

Lucerne was stunning like a fairytale! The tour covered five countries well, though Prague felt rushed. Guide was knowledgeable. Hotel in Switzerland was tiny but clean. Good value overall.

Southern France villages stole the show—Eze and Cannes were stunning, Monaco yachts impressive. Guides in Venice/Rome gave deep insights, not just reciting scripts. Hotel locations perfect. Highly recommended!

Perfect for time-pressed travelers! 9 cities in 7 days, each day brought new surprises. Loved Florence's art vibe and Venice's canals. Guide sent daily schedule ahead—very convenient. Spacious bus seats for long drives. Only complaint: limited dinner options near Eiffel Tower, but guide suggested a good pasta place nearby.

Well-planned route from Paris south and back, no backtracking. Milan Cathedral and Lyon old town were highlights. Dijon mustard shop was fun. 4-star hotels but clean with good breakfast. Guide helped with extra luggage for our family of three.
