Pricing Policy

  • Each hotel room has a maximum occupancy of 4 guests, including both adults and children.
  • We reserve the right to refuse accommodation to guests who do not disclose the age and number of infants when booking.
  • We advise customers to provide their own safety seats for children under 4 years old.

Day 1: Toronto - New York - New Jersey (870 km)

We will depart from Toronto in the morning. You will enjoy the beautiful scenery on your way to New York. After lunch, we will stop at the outlet mall for shopping The Crossings Premium Outlets. Afterwards, we will proceed to accommodation at New Jersey.
Note: Departure on Dec25, we will not go to the outlet.

Day 2: New York

In the morning, proceed to “The Big Apple” - New York City. First arrived at Wall Street, Charging Bull, New York Stock Exchange and Trinity Church, which are all in the financial world. Then visit the original site of the 911 World Trade Center. And then ride with the Statue of Liberty cruise. Next, proceed to the heart of New York City and visit famous attractions such as Time Square, Rockefeller Center, where The famous statue of Prometheus is located, and it is also the place where the super large Christmas tree is placed every Christmas, the Fifth Avenue and Madison Avenue, which is full of high-end boutique stores, and well-known specialty stores, visitors can be visited the St. Patrick's Cathedral. Continue to the most prosperous Times Square in New York, and arrange to visit Madame Tussaud Wax Museum. You can also taste the famous Shake Shack Burger King, which was named "New York's best burger" by New York magazine.

  • If you would like to join the optional activities, please pay the fee in cash to the tour guide. You cannot buy / use the tickets on your own or use City Passes. The tour guide will arrange the tickets for the group.
  • Please choose at least 4 optional tours (except donation options) which are in season otherwise there will be USD$60.00/person penalty fee.
  • Due to the severe weather in Canada, even the pre-paid attraction might be cancelled, we'll refund the full charge once it happend.
  • Air fares between your city and Toronto
  • Personal room fees such as laundry or valet services, telephone calls, or alcoholic beverages/mini bar items, unless they are otherwise specified.
  • All meals and drinks during the trip, but the tour guide will arrange for.
  • Mandatory service fees Minimum $16.00 USD/CAD per person/day for driver and guide in US side or Canada side, and CAD $8.00 per person for airport transfers.

Additional Note

  • For USA TOUR: Clients should be responsible for all the documents and IDs that are necessary for their travel. (Passport Valid for at least 6 Months, USA Visa /EVUS & Return Ticket & PR Card). For those who need a passport (valid for at least 6 months), please have your US visa ready.
  • Booking: If you are making a booking within 14 days of departure, please book airline tickets after your tour booking is confirmed, tour booking will be confirmed within 2-3 business days.
  • On Site Change: If you need change, please inform 72 hours prior to departure. As a result of changes and delays, we will not be responsible and will not accept any change within 72 hours (during the long weekend to 5 days in advance).
  • Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (English/Chinese).
  • No smoking in all hotels

Confirmation

  • Immediately upon completing your reservation, you will receive a booking confirmation receipt via email.

Redemption

  • The complete operator information and local contact numbers for your destination will be included on your e-ticket. It's essential to keep a copy of the e-tickets with you during your trip, as they serve as your proof of purchase.

Terms & Condition

  • Booking changes
    A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.
  • Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Taketours by email or through web mail at Contact Us .
  • Cancellation penalties per person (Notification day and departure day are not counted)
    7 or more days prior to departure - $75/person
    4-6 days prior to departure - $150/person
    Within 3 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
    Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
    Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every efforts to maintain the normal operation.
    The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of tour.
  • Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
  • Tour Cancellation:
    We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Taketours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.
    We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.

  • The 3 day NYC tour was amazing. It was very smooth and well organized. The hotel accomodation was nice. We got to see a lot of attractions and have time to shop. Richard Yang is very knowledgeable, an excellent tour guide, a good organizer, and he made the trip entertaining. Chris is very friendly and an excellent driver.
