I booked this trip as a solo traveler, my first time in the USA, and it has been amazing! Communication was spot on. My first tour guide, Alex, called me the night before to confirm and gave me his contact details. He was super insightful and approachable when it came to taking photos— very helpful since I was traveling alone! Plus, free bottled water every day!
The itinerary itself was great, covering all the must-see attractions for first-timers. There was loads of free time at each stop, allowing me to soak in the views and truly enjoy my visit without feeling rushed. Just a suggestion: adding the cable car experience to the San Francisco stop would be excellent! Out of all the things we did in the city, we didn't get close to the cable cars.
I felt safe throughout the journey, and I loved how we always finished our days just at the right time. It gave us the chance to rest or explore the hotel and area at night if we wanted to. On the second leg, Harry was phenomenal. He explained every detail of the trip and stayed in touch even after drop-off, making sure all tourists felt comfortable and safe. I will definitely book through TakeTours again.

The tour was amazing, efficient, covers most of the places we wanted to visit. Tour guides were pretty cool. Two nights at RWS hilton was nice. Other accommodation weren’t as good and were old but probably at certain places there wasnt much choices. Tony and Steve were our tour guides, thank you!

The natural parks were beautiful and the route was well chosen. The guides were helpful and friendly. The camping was well organized. The tour is made up of two individual tours (with different guides). This was a bit confusing at the beginning because the first guide didn't know that we would be traveling for 7 days and only ever talked about 3 days. As usual with such tours, sometimes the time is a bit short. If you want more time in the parks, you should book the two tours separately and replace the first part with the 7 day version. Some viewpoints in Death Valley were left out (without explanation/mention), which was a bit of a shame. Finally, expectations regarding tips are also quite high. Accordingly, the tour is relatively expensive but still recommended.

I loved this tour, I felt like it was perfect to see all the main spots of 17 Mile, San Francisco and Yosemite. You get a full day in San Francisco and saw all the main sites and a boat tour. I didn’t feel rushed especially compared to the other tours I’ve been on and was a great value for the price. Jimmy was an amazing tour guide and super friendly. Would definitely take another tour with him again if I had the chance.

Enjoyed and good experience on this 5 days tour. Particularly 3 days SF, Yosemite was excellent. Overall entire tour was good. Thanks to Mr. Jimmy, tour guide for his excellent execution of SF tour. I must admit that this one of the best online tours services I had experienced so far. Everything went well and just by email/ app services. The customer service is very quick to respond to queries. Any last minute changes accommodated and in fact where refund was possible was given. This sort of services seldom other tour operators provide. The vehicle and drivers were very good and helpful. Everything as per your programme and time went through. Very important is that the pricing for the tour had been very competitive with our sacrificing the quality. Fully recommend for travellers ..
