Pricing Policy

  • Children Rate apply for those under 15 years old and must share with 2 adults in a double room, without extra bed.
  • Two full-sized beds or one king size bed per room. Please contact with us if you have special requests. No additional bed for 3rd or 4th travelers.
  • During the peak season (7/04-7/14), the price may fluctuate depends on the availability of the hotel. If extra cost occur, we will send the payment link of the extra cost $150 - $250 per night separately.

Day 1: Calgary-Banff National Park-Banff (209 km)

Departing from Calgary, we will head to Banff. We will visit Banff Sulphur Mountain, ride Gondola (optional activity - surcharge), appreciate Johnston Canyon, Bow Falls, Surprise Corner and Hoodoos. Later we will visit Banff Town and spend the night there. We can also choose to take the add-on optional night tour at your own expense.

    Sulphur Mountain

    Sulfur Mountain Gondola Ride

    This unique cable-car ride takes visitors to Alberta, Canada's Banff National Park to the top of Sulphur Mountain, a UNESCO World Hertitage Site. Atop the mountain there are many viewing areas, a long boardwalk, and two small museums.

    Johnston Creek is the one of most famous sights in Banff National Park。There are two spectacular waterfalls in the Johnston gorge: Falls Upper and Falls Lower.

Along the way you will see Crowfoot Glacier. Stop by Bow Lake visit the historical Simpson's Num-Ti-Jah. Then stop at Peyto Lake. Drive along the Icefield Parkway, and visit attractions Columbia Icefield, Ice Explorer, and Athabasca Falls. Enjoy a better experience with optional activity "Columbia Icefield Glacier Snow coach and Columbia Icefield Skywalk" with a surcharge. Stay overnight in Jasper.

    Icefields Parkway

    A 230 km long scenic road that parallels the Continental Divide, traversing the rugged landscape of the Canadian Rockies, travelling through Banff National Park and Jasper National Park. It is named for features such as the Columbia Icefield, visible from the parkway. It links Lake Louise with Jasper to the north. At its southern end, the Icefields Parkway terminates at Highway 1.

    Visitors to Jasper National Park in Alberta can take this exciting ride across the ice field to the Athabasca Glacier. This is a great way to see the vast tundra of Jasper.

Day 3: Jasper-Jasper National Park-Banff National Park-Banff (257 km)

In the morning, head to Maligne Lake, the largest in the Rocky Mountains, where there is the most famous Elf Island in the world. If you want to explore the world-famous Spirit Island , which is only accessible by cruise, take an optional activity of the "Maligne Lake Cruise" with a surcharge in Jasper. Then head to Maligne Canyon. Going down, we'll head to Saskatchewan River Crossing for a short rest. Overnight at Banff.

    If the Cruise is closed, we'll visit Pyramid Lake and Patricia Lake instead.

    Maligne Canyon is a natural feature located in the Jasper National Park near Jasper, Alberta, Canada. Eroded out of the Palliser Formation, the canyon measures over 50 metres (160 ft) deep. We will drive to Castle Mountain, visit Lake Louise and Moraine Lake, enjoy Alberta Steak lunch. We will arrive at Emerald Lake via Spiral Tunnel and visit Natural Bridge before arrival in Banff. Our tour will back to Calgary.

Additional Note

  • If your itinerary includes airport pick-up and drop-off service, please provide accurate flight information and arrive at the designated pick-up location in advance. If the pick-up or designated pick-up location is mistaken due to inaccurate information you have provided, you will be charged C$30/pp for a second pick-up service.
  • According to different hotel operation requirements, you may be required to provide credit card information as a deposit during your stay for miscellaneous expenses and incidental guarantees (such as telephone expense, laundry, catering).
  • All activities and meals must be booked in advance. Please understand that no additional bookings will be provided during the tour.
  • During the tour, please arrive at the pick-up location at the time scheduled by the tour guide. Do not be late to avoid delaying other tourists' itinerary. If you are late or miss the transportation we have provided, you are responsible (at your own expense) to meet the group at the next designated meeting location.
  • During your trip, the tour guide may pick-up or drop-off travelers accommodated at different hotels. The tour guide will make reasonable arrangements according to the presented situation. Please cooperate and understand, thank you.
  • During your trip, there may be different vehicles and tour guides serving you.
  • If for any reason you need to leave our group during the trip, you must fill out a "Letter of Liability Release", no exceptions.
  • Guests under 16 years old, must be accompanied by an adult (Age 18 or above).
  • In the event of traffic, weather, or other circumstances not under our company's control, or if you are unable to participate in activities included in the itinerary due to personal reasons, no refunds will be given.
  • If you have special needs (such as but not limited to: bed type, vegetarian options, high-chairs, etc.) please inform us at least 7 days before your trip. We will do our best to accommodate you, but there is no guarantee.
  • Optional Meal Plan: Due to the limited resources of the Rocky Mountain, the materials are prepared in advance, and it is not possible to temporarily change the meals. Please inform us at least 7 days in advance before your departure if you have a vegetarian requirement or dietary taboo on the F&B. If you proposes to change during the tour, we will try our best to coordinate, but we can't guarantee it. If there is any additional cost, it will be borne by the guests. Thank you for your cooperation.

Confirmation

  • After the reservation information is submitted, you will immediately receive a receipt email for the reservation order. Within 72 hours of submission, you will receive an order status confirmation email. Please do not book a flight until you receive an order status confirmation email.

Redemption

  • After booking online, you will receive a "confirmation email" with complete instructions, including the local phone number of the destination. When you are sure, be sure to print this "confirmation email" and take it with you on your trip -- evidence that you have paid for it.

Terms & Condition

  • Order cancellation:
    • No refund will be made 15 days before the tour.
    • 16-30 days: 75% of the tour fee will be charged
    • 31-45 days: 50% of the tour fee will be charged
    • 46 days or more: a $50 dollar services fee will be applied.
    The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
  • Order modification:
    • Increasing the number of people attending the trip (depending on the availability of resources for the date of the trip)
    • No changes can be made seven days before the tour
    • No modification shall be made within 30 days before the mission; A service charge of C$50/ single/trip will be charged for 31 days or more prior to tour departure
    • When the order is revised and the resource situation changes, additional fees will be charged according to the actual situation.
    • Bank wire transfer fees or credit card fees will be deducted from the refund together with cancellation or modification fees for any reason.
    • Any changes or cancellations must be made by contacting the company directly in writing via email or fax.
    • Cancellations and refunds will be processed within 1-7 working days.
  • In case of force majeure including but not limited to weather, traffic accidents, etc. our company has the right to modify or cancel the itinerary.
  • We are not responsible for any transportation cancellations or delays, climate change, or any other travel safety issues within the trip that are caused by circumstances not under our company's control.
