We had booked a 6 days Banff, Jasper holiday package. All the arrangements were perfect. It started right from the time our flight landed at Calgary. All hotels were in the city centre with close proximity to good restaurants and sight seeing places. The guides explained the relevance of all places that we visited. A big thanks to all the guides, especially Zoe, David, Allen and the driver Gary. Our only concern was with a guide Carmen. She was our guide for the Banff city tour, covering the sulphur mountain and other places. She did not explain the significance/history of the places we covered. It was a concern not just for us, but many guests with whom we interacted during the tour. Bit more professionalism is required . I tried calling the help line number listed on the website few days before the trip. No one answered the calls. Then we had to call Calgary Tours, the local travel agent to clear doubts of our trip. Kindly answer the phone calls or atleast call back the client. Overall a very good tour. Will definitely book more vacations through you guys. Thank you

Each guest may choose their own option. If we do not receive your selection 14 days prior to the tour departure, "Alberta Beef" will be automatically selected as the main dish.

- Hotel Room Type: Standard rooms feature either "two double beds" , "one double bed with a sofa bed", or "one double bed". Please note that no extra beds are provided for 3rd or 4th guests in the room.
- Check-in Time: Hotel check in time is 4:00 PM. Guests arriving in the morning are not guaranteed to check in.
- Others: According to the regulations of different hotels, you may be asked to provide a credit card as a deposit for incidental expenses during the stay, such as telephone calls, etc. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms. Violation of the rules will result in a fine of the passenger's own cost.
- Luggage Allowance: Each person is allowed one check-in and one carry-on luggage, subject to applicable size restrictions. An additional fee of C$52.50 (C$50 + 5% tax) will be charged per extra baggage.
