Enjoy a complimentary airport pickup service. Upon arrival, you have the option to head straight to the hotel and relax during your free time, or choose from the following activities (available for an additional fee) to enrich your first day if arriving early.

Guests who arrive before 12:00 pm can choose one of the following optional activities with a surcharge. Tours start around 1:30 pm after being picked up from the airport and transferred to the hotel of the day.

Departing from Calgary, we will head to Banff National Park. To enhance the travel experience, enjoy a ride to the Sulphur Mountain Summit with Banff Gondola (optional surcharge). Today we will drive along the No.1 Highway and head to the Lake Louise. We can get a far view of the Castle Mountain on the half way. Then we will continue to Moraine Lake, see Ten Peaks Valleyl. After Lunch at Lake Louis, we'll pass by Spiral Tunnel and head to Yoho. Next stop is Emerald Lake. Stop at the Natural Bridge along the way and admire the Kicking Horse River as it carves a path through ancient rock. You can hear the roar of the disappearing water churning and ejecting beneath the bridge to further reinforce the move in making this a legitimate waterfall.

Today, we will drive along Icefields Parkway. Along the way you will pass by Crowfoot Glacier. Following the visit to Peyto Lake. After that, we will arrive at Columbia Icefield and experience the stunning beauty of Athabasca Glacier. To enhance the take the experience of Columbia Icefield Glacier Snow Coach and Skywalk. Finally, we will head to the Athabasca Falls the most powerful waterfalls in Jasper National Park. Arrive in Jasper and check into your hotel for an overnight stay, surrounded by the serene beauty of Jasper National Park.

Day 5:Jasper - Rocky Mountaineer Train - Kamloops(289 km)

Board the Rocky Mountaineer train at the Jasper Station at 8:00 am MT by yourself (Please arrive at the train station at least 1 hour in advance to check in). Today you will travel from Jasper in the Canadian Rockies to Kamloops, located in the heart of the British Columbia Interior. As you journey west and south you will be surrounded by the dramatic scenery of the Continental Divide and by the river valleys of the Monashee and Cariboo Mountains.
Today's highlights include Mount Robson, Pyramid Falls, the climb over Yellowhead Pass, and the journey along the North Thompson River as you approach Kamloops. You will arrive in Kamloops between 5:30pm and 7:00pm PT. Spend the evening exploring the town, or relaxing in your hotel.

Your journey continues west towards the Pacific Ocean and the coastal city of Vancouver. On today's journey you will again see dramatic changes in scenery, from the desert-like environment of the Interior, through winding river canyons and pristine forests, to the Coast and Cascade Mountains and the lush green fields of the Fraser Valley. Highlights include the steep slopes and rock sheds along the Thompson River and the rushing waters of Hell’s Gate in the Fraser Canyon.

  • This is a daylight scenic train (no sleeper cabins) with no off-train stops along the way.
