Day 1:Calgary, AB

Enjoy a complimentary airport pickup service. Upon arrival, you have the option to head straight to the hotel and relax during your free time, or choose from the following activities (available for an additional fee) to enrich your first day if arriving early.

Guests who arrive before 12:00 pm can choose one of the following optional activities with a surcharge. Tours start around 1:30 pm after being picked up from the airport and transferred to the hotel of the day.

Travel west along the Highway 1. Pass the dramatic ramparts of Castle Mountain as you enter the most iconic lake and glacier region of the Canadian Rockies. Begin the day on the vast expanse of the Columbia Icefield, boarding the Ice Explorer Snowcoach to step directly onto ancient glacial ice. Depart Jasper Town and begin the journey south along the Icefields Parkway. Stop at Pyramid Lake, where mirror-like waters reflect the sharp peak of Pyramid Mountain in peaceful alpine stillness. Continue to Sunwapta Falls, where glacial waters pour through a narrow canyon, creating a powerful and photogenic cascade. Arrive at The Crossing for lunch, surrounded by sweeping mountain views in the heart of the Rockies. Proceed to Peyto Lake, famed for its brilliant turquoise hue and distinctive wolf-shaped shoreline viewed from above. Visit Bow Lake, a serene glacier-fed lake where Crowfoot Glacier rests above the shoreline, creating a dramatic alpine backdrop. The tour concludes with a pass through Banff Town en route to Calgary.

Departure & Return

Calgary Airport Pick up:
  • Complimentary airport pickup service at Calgary International Airport (YYC) is available at 10:00/12:00/14:00/16:00/18:00/20:00/22:00. Upon arrival, please proceed to the Gate 5 on the Arrivals Level to confirm your pick-up information.
  • Hotel shuttle service is available for flights arriving between 6:00-9:00 AM and 22:00-23:00 PM. This complimentary service departs once every hour. If you are unable to take the designated shuttle, the travel agency will coordinate the next available shuttle for you according to the hotel shuttle availability.
  • Private car airport pick-up service is available on a Pre-paid basis: for flights arriving between 7:00-23:00. The first two passengers will be charged $100 CAD plus tax, and each additional passenger will be charged $20 CAD plus tax. Please be aware that there is a maximum of four people per order.
Note If pick-up service is included in the guest's itinerary, please be sure to provide accurate flight information. Any inaccurate information provided resulting in errors for the pick-up service; the travel agency reserves the right to provide second transfer services with an additional charge (according to the paid private car airport pick up service fee) or coordinate the next available pickup according to the availability.

To ensure a smooth and complete trip, we strongly recommend that you order activity tickets and meal packages, at the time of booking a tour. No additional changes or modifications will be provided within 10 days before or during the tour.

If for any reason you need to leave our group during the trip, you must fill out a "Letter of Liability Release"; no exceptions.
Guests under 16 years old, must be accompanied by an adult (Age 18 or above).
In the event of traffic, weather, or other circumstances not under our company's control, or if you are unable to participate in activities included in the itinerary due to personal reasons, no refunds will be given.
During the tour, please arrive at the pick-up location at the time scheduled by the tour guide. Do not be late to avoid delaying other tourists' itinerary. If you are late or miss the transportation we have provided, you are responsible (at your own expense) to meet the group at the next designated meeting location.
Maligne Lake Cruise Maligne Lake Cruise tickets are limited resources for pre control. When the pre control resources are sold out, it will be arranged for tourists on a first come, first served basis according to the order. If guests fail to book the Cruise tickets, the fee will be refunded according to the order content.
Luggage Policy: Each guest is allowed 1 check-in bag (total dimensions must not exceed 62 inches), 1 carry-on, and 1 personal item. Extra luggage will not be allowed.
