GotoBus.com / TakeTours.com 19 Broadway, Arlington MA 02474 IvyMedia Corp. is looking for experienced Customer Service Representative who has a passion for helping people and delivering an excellent customer experience. In this inbound call center role, you will work with our customers to provide them with support as you respond to their questions about their travel reservations around the world. You will work individually and as part of a team to provide our travelers with an authentic experience. In addition, you will be responsible for managing vendor relationship with several clients. You will be the key role between clients, customers, andIvyMedia Corp. Job Description · This position is responsible to assist customers with all phases of their travel arrangements.The individual will be required to respond to customer's inquiries over the phone, email, and live-chat in a courteous manner. · Confirm bookings with the tour operators and notify travelers any updates with their itinerary in a timely fashion. · Maintain a close relationship with the service providers and solve any issues related to the booking process. Skills Requirements · Associates Degree or higher education. · Must be able to commit to a work shift from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. A weekend shift may be required. · Experience in the travel industry is a plus.
