Washington DC - Watkins Glen (Summer)/Corning Museum (Winter) - Niagara Fall
Summer (May through October) is the perfect season for an unforgettable family getaway. Stroll through the scenic Watkins Glen, then head to the iconic Niagara Falls. Enjoy the family-friendly Cave of the Winds wooden walkway experience (closed after October 20). - Hotel pricing: Prices are based on two adults sharing. Single room occupancy requires an extra fee. Double, triple & quad prices are for two, three, and four people, staying in one room, respectively (including children). Each hotel room can only accommodate a maximum of 4 guests (adults or children). Each guest room comes standard with two full-sized or one queen-sized bed.
- Travel documents: All customers will be responsible for providing their own travel documents and visa if required.
- Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour guides and/or drivers (English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.
- Luggage Policy: Each guest is allowed 1 check-in bag (total dimensions must not exceed 62 inches), 1 carry-on, and 1 personal item. Extra luggage will not be allowed.
- Wheelchair: Due to different bus models, we may not be able to accommodate participants using wheelchairs. Therefore, we regret that we cannot accept wheelchair users to join our tour.
- Pets: Pets will not be transported.

Immediately after submitting your reservation, you will receive a receipt of
the booking by email. Within 36 hours of submitting your reservation, you will
receive a confirmation email confirming the booking status. Tour requires a
minimum number of passengers to operate so
reconfirmation is required during low season (Oct to April).
You will receive a confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order is received. Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on the e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.
BOOKING AND RESERVATION
The tour operator suggests each passenger book tours at least one day before the departure date. Yet, this product is available for last-minute booking as long as there is an inventory on the page. The seats will not be assigned until the reservation has been made. The passenger may be required to provide a name, phone number, and address and specify the designated tour and date of travel.

CANCELLATION OR CHANGE POLICY
(1) All cancellations or changes of date must comply 7 days before departure. The full refund will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. The refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.

(2) If cancel or fail to participate in any part of the itinerary for personal reasons (e.g., lack of travel documents, tardiness, illness, accidents, etc.) during the trip, the paid group fee will not be refunded, nor will any other services be provided as compensation.
(3) Cancellation of the free passengers must be made at least 7 days before departure. No-shows (or late cancellations) of the free passengers incur a $50/day penalty fee for the reserved bus seat. For example, $50 * 3 = $150 penalty per no-show person will be charged for a 3-day tour.

If you choose not to go on one of the "optional" tours, do you stay on the bus while others are on the tour or can you explore the area on your own?
If you wish to not join an optional activity, you will just have leisure time on your own around that area. Your guide will inform you of a specific time that you will have to be back for the bus.

22nd May 2026 we had 3n 4days tour were excellent. Our tour guid Mr Sean was managing nearly 55 people very politely. What he was talking sometimes can't understand but no problem for that.tour covered all destination point .it was raining almost 4 days , still tour carried its itinerary excellently. Its very reasonable tour.we enjoyed lot.Thank take tour and thanks Sean

I recently completed a 4-day tour with TakeTours covering Niagara Falls, Buffalo, Washington DC, and Philadelphia, and overall it was a memorable and well-organized experience. Also, tour guide was amazing and his name was Sean Yue.
