Our family had the best time. Best NYC based tour guide team, knew what we needed before we did!!! Will do other trips with them in the future. From airport pickup (we missed our flight in but they organised a pickup) to airport drop off, their experienced drivers and guides didn't leave any stone unturned for us and the whole bus. From 🇦🇺 🪃
I got this tour as a gift for my parents who don't travel very often on their own, but have always wanted to see the east coast. They had the best time and absolutely loved their tour guide Benny- he was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful! The accommodations were pretty basic but they were only there to sleep and they had everything they needed. Their days were long, but they really felt like they got to see everything in the area. I paid for all of their activities ahead of time which worked out. Most meals aren't included so we had to take care of that separately. I would definitely recommend this tour for anyone who is traveling from far away and wants to maximize what they can see in a short period of time. I would also recommend doing your research ahead of time, deciding on some things you want to see, and paying for them ahead of time as well. Thank you Benny for taking care of my parents and ensuring that they had a once in a lifetime trip!
Very nice, Niagara Falls trip. Organized in a timely manner, be on time and be square. Our tour guide was very considerate and articulate with the descriptions when it comes to the sightseeing spots.
We booked the 4Day Tour and the experience was transformational. Angie and our driver Jackie were both very professional in handling 59people. She was strict but very empathetic with all of us. Her winning style if handling 59passengers was very commendable and We appreciate her unwavering hospitality. We could not ask for a better tour guide. Our salute to Angie!

Niagara Falls (U.S. side) is filled with unforgettable experiences. Must-do activities include the Maid of the Mist boat tour, which operates from mid-May to November depending on ice conditions and offers an up-close view of the falls, the Cave of the Winds for a thrilling walk near Bridal Veil Falls, and the new Fallsview Balloon Ride, lifting you 400 feet for panoramic views. You can also enjoy hiking the gorge trails, visiting the Aquarium of Niagara, and watching both the nightly illumination and seasonal fireworks over the falls.
The closest city is Buffalo, just 25–30 minutes away by car, bus, or train. For travelers coming from New York City or New Jersey, driving takes about 6–7 hours, while direct buses and Amtrak trains are also available and take 8–10 hours. Many visitors choose to make Niagara Falls a classic two-day trip, staying overnight in Buffalo so they can enjoy both the daytime and nighttime views of the falls. This approach is popular for maximizing your Niagara Falls experience and convenience.
The One Niagara International Food Court is the most popular dining area, offering a wide variety of options at good prices, including American, Chinese, Indian, Mexican, and halal food, as well as juice and smoothies. For scenic dining, Top of the Falls Restaurant on Goat Island offers regional favorites and panoramic views of the falls.
The most recommended duration is 2 days, so your family can enjoy both the daytime and nighttime views of Niagara Falls. At night, you can watch the spectacular illumination and fireworks over the falls. During the day, you’ll have time for must-see attractions like the Maid of the Mist boat tour, Cave of the Winds, and more. A two-day stay lets you experience all the highlights at a comfortable pace and makes for a classic, memorable family trip.
The best time to visit is from May to October, when the weather is pleasant and attractions like the Maid of the Mist are open. For fewer crowds and a unique view of the frozen falls, visit from November to February, though some attractions may be closed in winter.
