Day 1: San Francisco/ Los Angeles - Las Vegas

Guests have a variety of options in terms of how they get to Las Vegas.
  • Option 1: Take the tour bus from San Francisco with an onboard guide.
  • Option 2: Fly to Las Vegas (airfare not included).
  • Option 3: Take the express bus from Los Angeles.
    Alternatively, they can arrive in Las Vegas on their own. Guests will gather at the Excalibur Casino & Hotel Las Vegas ( rear rotunda behind Starbucks) (address: 3850 Las Vegas Blvd South, Las Vegas, NV 89109). Guests can self-checkin to the hotel after 3 PM.

    Day 2: Las Vegas - Page - Antelope Canyon - Bryce(348 miles)

    Today, we will head to Glen Canyon Dam and Lake Powell where we can take an optional boat tour. Then, we continue to Horseshoe Bend,where the Colorado River takes a dramatic 270-degree u-turn. We will visit upper Antelope Canyon, where we can ride in Jeeps and learn about Native American culture. Then, we will spend the night in Bryce.

    • Return: There are still travel activities on the last day of the tour, please schedule flights to depart from San Francisco after 9:00pm. There will be no airport transfer. Guest who attended in this tour from Las Vegas will be transfer to Las Vegas directly and skip those attractions.

    • Mandatory Fee $30/person, including Bryce Canyon, Zion National Park, and Horseshoe Bend. Please pay cash to tour guide. Starting from Oct 1, 2019, the mandatory fee will be $80/person.
    • Air fares between your city and the starting city.
    • All meals and drinks during the trip, although eating arrangements will be made by the tour guide.
    • A mandatory service fees total of $10 /day/person should be paid in cash to tour guide and the bus driver as a service fee. Any child / Infant reserving a seat will have to pay the service fees as well. Ex: 2 people taking a 2-day tour would pay: $10 x 2 (seats) x 2 (days) = $40.
    • Personal room fees such as laundry or valet services, telephone calls, or alcoholic beverages/ mini bar items, unless they are otherwise specified.

    • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book airline tickets until you receive the confirmation.

    Redemption

    • You will receive an confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your Confirmation Email (e-ticket). When you reserve your attractions and services you will be asked to print e-tickets to present when you arrive at your destination. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

    • Cancellation and Refund policy (Notification day and departure day are not counted)
      All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within one business day after purchase, customers will be fully refunded if the orders cannot be confirmed.
      Cancellations received up to 15 days prior to departure - 20% of total purchase amount.
      Cancellations received within 8-14 days of departure will incur a penalty of 30% total purchase amount.
      Cancellations received within 4-7 days of departure will incur a penalty of 50% total purchase amount.
      Cancellations received Within 3 Days prior to departure or no show will incur a 100% total purchase amount.
      Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
      Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every efforts to maintain the normal operation.
