Day 3: Las Vegas - Grand Canyon - St. George(518 miles)

In the morning, we will have a short break at the Hoover Dam. Afterward, we will proceed to the West Rim of the Grand Canyon, where we may take visit the Eagle Point, Skywalk Glass Bridge and Guano Point or take an optional helicopter and boat tour to fully experience the canyon. Afterward, we will head to St. George for the night.
Note: If customers choose free time in Las Vegas instead of visiting Grand Canyon West Rim, Customers need to pay $30/person. Please meet you guide at Stratosphere Casino Hotel Las Vegas Buffet Area around 3:30pm, then you'll be tranfered to St. George.

In the morning after we leave the hotel, we will head to Yellowstone National Park. We will visit 12 of Yellowstone's unique scenery over the spans of 2 days, such as Old Faithful, Grand Prismatic Spring and Fountain Paint Pot, Fountain Hiking trail, Morning Glory pool and so on. Spend the night in West Yellowstone.

    Fountain Paint Pot, heated by the region's underground hot springs, F.P.P is half hot spring, half mud basin. The spring releases natural shades of red and yellow because of the oxidation of iron in the soil.

    Morning Glory Pool

    Morning Glory Pool
    This hot spring in the Upper geyser Basin of Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming is famous for it's bright red-orange and blue-green coloring. These colors come from the bacteria which inhabit the geyser's interior.

    Enjoy an easy 1.4 mile (2.8 miles round trip) paved trail in the Upper Geyser Basin that passes by enormous geysers and scenic landscapes. Trail highlights include a castle, grotto, and riverside geysers.

Day 6: Yellowstone National Park - Grand Teton National Park - Jackson Hole - Salt Lake City(330 miles)

In the morning we will continue our tour inside Yellowstone National Park, visiting Norris Basin, Yellowstone Canyon, Yellowstone Fall, Mud Volcano and Yellowstone Lake. We will exit the park after lakeside lunch and get into Grand Teton National Park to see amazing Mountain View, and after that continue heading to the famous small town Jackson. Stay overnight in Salt Lake City later on.

Please note before May 8, 2020, we will not visit the Town of Jackson and Grand Teton National Park. We will replace with the Yellowstone Bear World and Idaho Fall. The mandatory fees will be unchanged without refund.

    • If you would like to join the optional activities, please pay the fee in cash to the tour guide. You cannot buy / use the tickets on your own or use City Passes. The tour guide will arrange the tickets for the group.
  • Mandatory Fee (pay the fee in cash to the tour guide): $215/person, including Yellowstone, Grand Teton, Great Salt Lake, Yosemite National Park, Horseshoe Bend, Berkeley University and fuel surcharge.
  • Air fares between your city and the departure city.
  • Personal room fees such as laundry or valet services, telephone calls, or alcoholic beverages/ mini bar items.
  • All meals and drinks during the trip, although eating arrangements will be made by the tour guide.
  • A mandatory service fees for tour guide and bus driver: total $10/day per passenger and $10 per passenger for airport transfer. $4 per passenger for the local Indians guide touring Antelope Canyon).
  • Any private expenses
  • Mandatory fees are part of the tour fares which customers are obligated to pay on the tour. If any customer refuses to pay mandatory fees, we reserve the right to terminate service with no refund.

Confirmation

  • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book airline tickets until you receive the confirmation.

Redemption

  • You will receive a confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order is processed. Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

Terms & Condition

  • PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
    The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.
  • Booking changes
    A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.
  • Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of the reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Taketours by email or through web mail at Contact Take tours for details.
  • Cancellation penalties per person (request day and departure day are not counted)
    30 or more days prior to departure - 10% of total purchase amount
    15-29 days or more prior to departure - 25% of the total purchase amount.
    10-14 days prior to departure - 30% of total purchase amount.
    6-9 days prior to departure - 50% of the total purchase amount.
    Within 5 days prior to departure or no show - 100% of the total purchase amount.
    Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit the entire payment.
    Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every effort to maintain the normal operation.
    The refund amount will be credited directly to your account. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 10% handling fee.
    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of the tour.
  • Hotel Policy
    Smoking is strictly prohibited at all hotels, violation of this rule will result in a penalty of $300/person, along with other legal liabilities. A valid credit card is required for guests to check in at the hotel.
  • Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strive to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods, duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
  • Tour Cancellation:
    We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Taketours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.
    We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.

Additional Note

  • Booking: Please book airline tickets after your tour booking is confirmed, which should occur within 1 business day.
  • Antelope Canyon Policy: Due to safety reason, people have physical difficulties are not recommended to take this tour. Access to Lower Canyon requires hiking and using ladders up to 25 feet in length to climb down. Steep stairs involved and some narrow passages to walk through. Local canyon tour guide is entitled to make the decision and may reject them to get into the canyon. Guests would take full responsibility for any possible circumstance and there would be no refund for any failure entry to the canyon.
  • Covid-19 information:
    • All passengers above age of 16 who want to join the tour need to be fully vaccinated with vaccination record card proven.
    • All employee has been fully vaccinated.
    • Hand sanitizer and sanitize wipes will be provided on tour bus. Tour bus will be fully sanitize after each day of service.
    • Daily temperature check for all passengers including driver and tour guide. If anyone's temperature is unusual will be terminate for participating the tour.
    • Health monitoring within 14 days from the tour end for all passengers including driver and tour guide. If anyone has syndrome of COVID-19 will be informed people who are get in touch with and also The United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
