    Pricing Policy

    • Buy 2 get 1 free (3 or 4pax sharing one room): (1) Cancellation of free passenger must be made at least 14 days before departure. (2) No-show of free passenger incurs a $328 penalty fee for the reserved bus seat. (3)Discounts may not available during special events and holidays.
    • Child Rate: Child rates apply to those 2-9 years and using existing bedding with 2 full-paying passengers (regardless of ages). Please note each hotel room can only accommodate 4 guests (adults or children).
    Day 1

    Salt Lake City

    Your journey starts at the SLC airport when our tour guides in blue uniforms and holding signs welcomes you as you exit the arrival gate. After a short drive, our tour guide will drop you off at the hotel so you can rest after the flight. If you arrive after 8pm, there will also be free hotel shuttles to take you there. We will spend the night in Salt Lake City.

    Day 2

    Salt Lake City - Jackson - Grand Teton - Yellowstone (262 miles)

    In the morning, we will head to the small town of Jackson, WY, a famous frontier town during the Western development. Afterwards we will head into Grand Teton National Park to take in the view of Jackson Lake and Teton Peak. From there, we will take you into the first national park in the world, Yellowstone National Park. We will see 10 of Yellowstone's major scenery sites over the spans of 2 days, including Old Faithful, Grand Prismatic Spring, Yellowstone Lake and Fountain Paint Pot. Spend the night in West Yellowstone.

    Yellowstone - Buffalo Bill Dam - Shell Falls - Gillette (313 miles)

    In the morning we will continue our tour inside Yellowstone National Park, visiting Norris Basin, Yellowstone Canyon, Yellowstone Waterfall, Mud Volcano, Fishing Bridge, Hayden valley. After we all finished those amazing attractions, will exit the park from the east entrance to Buffalo Bill Dam and Shell Falls to enjoy the scenic view along the way. We will arrive and spend the night at Gillette, Wyoming.

    Gillette - Devil's Tower - Mount Rushmore - Crazy Horse - Casper (366 miles)

    Arrive at Devil's Tower in the morning and see this famous Wyoming landmark. Afterwards we'll head into South Dakota to visit the Mount Rushmore Memorial, where you can take a walk along the Presidential Trail getting right underneath the sculptures of the presidents. After lunch, we will arrive at the Crazy Horse Memorial, a symbol of the Native American spirit and their rebellion against oppression. Enjoy the view of the endless grassy fields of Wyoming as we traffic to Casper to spend the night.

    Continue our travel through the Wyoming fields in the morning, we arrive first at Independence Rock, a historical landmark in the development of the Western frontier. We will get to Utah around noon time and take you to see the Olympic Village for the 2002 Winter Olympic Games in Park City. In the afternoon we will see the State Capitol building, Temple Square of Mormon Church and the Great Salt Lake . The tour ends in Salt Lake City.     • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book airline tickets until you receive the confirmation.

    Redemption

    • You will receive a confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order is processed. Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

    The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.

    Booking changes
    A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.

    Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to Taketours by email or through web mail at Contact Take tours for details.

    Cancellation penalties per person (Notification day and departure day are not counted)

    • 21 days or more prior to departure - 30% of total purchase amount.
    • 15-20 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
    • Within 14 days prior to departure - 100% of total purchase amount.
    • Day of departure or no show - 100% per person.
    • Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    • Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a schedule trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every efforts to maintain the normal operation.
    • There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.

    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of tour.

    Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.

    Tour Cancellation:
    We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, Taketours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour.. Please note that we are not liable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.

    We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
