Day 1: Las Vegas

Today we will gather in Las Vegas. Those who need to be transferred from the airport to the hotel should meet the guide by 3:00pm at Level "1" Starbucks Coffee of Terminal 1 . This is the only free transfer time. Anyone arriving at other times can either pay a fee or arrange their own transportation to the Stratosphere Hotel, where they should convene in the lobby by 3:30pm. There is an optional night tour for those who wish to explore the city.

In the morning, the group will tour the Yosemite national park. You will have a chance to see Yosemite Falls, El Capitan, Tunnel View. After the lunch, we will drive through the richest California Central Valley before heading back to Los Angeles. We will arrive in Los Angeles in the late evening.     This granite cliff on the north side of Yosemite Valley in Yosemite National Park is world-famous as a challenge for rock climbers. The top can also be reached by taking a hiking trail out of Yosemite Valley.

    The Yosemite Falls tumble down in three separate sections. In addition to being the tallest waterfall in North America, the Yosemite Falls are the seventh-tallest in the world. The falls process the most water during the springtime.

    From the Tunnel View vantage point, tourists can see some of the park's most famous areas in the Yosemite Valley, including El Capitan, Half Dome, and Bridalveil Fall. In 1986, the Tunnel View became a National Historic Place.

  • Las Vegas in: LAS airport pick up only available at 1:30pm. Guests could meet the tour guide at the Starbucks in Terminal 1 or Gate 54 in Terminal 3. Please provide us your choice of waiting area at the time of booking.
    If arriving outside this period, you can pay for the private pickup available between 10:30 am to 10:30 pm. The first guest will be charged for $50, and the rest guests will be charged for $10/person, up to 5 guests/car.
  • Guests could meet the tour guide at Stratosphere Casino Hotel Las Vegas (Buffet Area) by themselves at 3:30 pm in the afternoon.
  • Return Flights: Please schedule your flights to depart from Los Angeles (LAX) after 8:30pm (U.S domestic flights) or 9:30pm (international flights).
  • Tips for pick up/ drop off: $10 per person per time.

  • Antelope Canyon Policy: Due to safety reason, people have physical difficulties are not recommended to take this tour. Access to Lower Canyon requires hiking and using ladders up to 25 feet in length to climb down. Steep stairs involved and some narrow passages to walk through. Local canyon tour guide is entitled to make the decision and may reject them to get into the canyon. Guests would take full responsibility for any possible circumstance and there would be no refund for any failure entry to the canyon.
  • Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.

Confirmation

  • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book airline tickets until you receive the confirmation.

Redemption

  • You will receive a confirmation email (e-ticket) after your order is processed. Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, is included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

    The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.
  • Booking changes
    A fee may be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed. Name changes or corrections may be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply. A change of tour date or tour itinerary may be treated as a cancellation, and normal cancellation fees will apply.
  • Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to TakeTours by email or through web mail at Contact TakeTours for details.
  • Cancellation penalties per person (request day and departure day are not counted)
    10 or more days prior to departure - 30% of the total purchase amount.
    6-9 days prior to departure - 50% of the total purchase amount.
    Within 5 days prior to departure or no show - 100% of the total purchase amount.
    Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit the entire payment.
    Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a scheduled trip to fully refund affected customers although tour companies will make every effort to maintain normal operations.
    The refund amount will be credited directly to your account. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 10% handling fee.
    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds 30 days after completion of the tour.
  • Hotel Policy
    Smoking is strictly prohibited at all hotels, violation of this rule will result in a penalty of $300/person, along with other legal brabibrties. A valid credit card is required for guests to check in at the hotel.
  • Itinerary Variations
    We reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure* of the tour, TakeTours' only brabibrty will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We will try to re-book the same or similar tour. Please note that we are not brable for any cancellation penalties incurred on any other travel arrangements including air tickets purchased separately from customers.
    We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
