For USA & Canada tour members, tours is pleased to provide complimentary transfer from the airport to the hotel upon arrival at New York. Our professional staff will meet you and direct you to the shuttle during the greeting hours. Greeting Hours:
JFK 8:30am - 10:30pm
LGA 8:30am - 10:30pm
EWR 10:30am - 10:30pmThe complimentary transfer is based on prior reservation only. For passengers whose flight arrival time falls within the greeting hours, but do not want to wait, or make no reservation of the complimentary transfer service, may find transportation to the hotel on own expenses.Passengers whose flight arrival time falls outside the airport greeting hours, or desire to have a private car service, please place an order in advance at additional fees.If for any reasons the passengers miss the complimentary shuttle, may need to re-arrange your transfers on your own expenses.Upon arrival at New York airport:
- 1. Claim your baggage first, then wait at the baggage claim area for the tours escort. For flight arrival at JFK Terminal 1 or 7, meet our escort at Hudson News book store. DO NOT wait at the baggage claim area.
- 2. Allow some time for the tours escort to meet you as a result of heavy traffic and different terminals in the airport.
For those who desire to participate the optional New York Night Tour, must arrive the airports no later than 4:30pm (LGA), 5:30pm (JFK), 6:30pm (EWR).
