Pricing Policy

Buy 2 get 1 free (3 or 4pax sharing one room): (1) Cancellation of free-fare passenger must be made at least 3 days before departure. (2)No-show (or late cancellation) of free passenger incurs $100 penalty fee for the reserved bus seat.
Child Rate: Child rates apply to those 2-9 years and using existing bedding with 2 full-paying passengers (regardless of ages). Please note each hotel room can only accommodate 4 guests (adults or children).

Day 1

Los Angeles - Las Vegas (280 miles)

Today, we will journey through the San Bernardino Valley Area and the immense Mojave Desert. On the way, we will stop at the Tanger Factory Outlet Mall or similar for lunch break. Upon our arrival in Las Vegas in the afternoon, guests are free to spend their time as they please.

Standard Hotel: Circus Circus Sky Rise Tower (2880 S. Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109)

Day 2

Las Vegas - Grand Canyon West Rim (Mandatory $80/person) - Hoover Dam - Las Vegas (614 miles)

We will begin the day by traveling to the West Rim** of the Grand Canyon, where we will arrive at 9:30am. We will visit the famous Skywalk Glass Bridge* to get a 720-degree view of the canyon. Guests will also have the opportunity to take a combined Colorado River Cruise and Helicopter Tour.* After, we will leave the Grand Canyon and stop off to see the Hoover Dam. From there, we will return to Las Vegas. In addition, guests will have the option to take a night tour* of the city, where we will explore the city’s night life.

Grand Canyon

Grand Canyon West Rim: Located just 2 hours from nearby Las Vegas, Nevada, Grand Canyon West boasts the newest visitor attraction, the Grand Canyon Skywalk. Its plexiglass floor extends 70 feet over the edge of the Canyon's rim, allowing visitors to look straight down to the canyon floor 4,000 feet below.

Admission (Optional): Adult $80; Child $80
Skywalk Glass Bridge: The Glass Bridge Glass Bridge suspended 4,000 feet above the Colorado River on the very edge of the Grand Canyon West Rim. It can withstand the weight of 71 fully loaded Boeing 747 airplanes (more that 71 million pounds).

Las Vegas, NV

Hoover Dam: The beautiful Hoover Dam is located 30 miles southeast of Las Vegas in the Black Canyon of the Colorado River. The massive concrete dam was a monumental undertaking built during the Great Depression and dedicated by Franklin Roosevelt himself.

Day 3

Las Vegas - Ethel M Chocolate Factory - Botanical Cactus Garden - Los Angeles (266 miles)

Before we leave Las Vegas, we will travel to the Ethel M Chocolate Factory and its Botanical Cactus Gardens. On our way back to Los Angeles, we will stop at the Barstow Outlet Mall. After, we will continue on our way to Los Angeles. We should arrive in Los Angeles at around 6:40pm.

Las Vegas, NV

Ethel M Chocolate Factory and Botanical Cactus Gardens: A unique combination of food and flora, the Ethel M Chocolate Factory and Botanical Cactus Gardens outside of Las Vegas, NV has something for everyone. Both the gardens and the factory are open to the public free of charge.

Barstow, CA

Tanger Outlet Center: The Tanger Factory Outlet Center in Barstow, California offers designer wares at bargain prices. Stores at the outdoor complex include Guess, Nike, Nine West, Banana Republic, Polo Ralph Lauren, Timberland, Coach, and many more, with even more to come.

May I have the hotel accommodation details for this tour?
The itinerary page has the hotel information. The tour in Las Vegas is Stratosphere hotel (2000 Las Vegas Boulevard South, Las Vegas, NV 89104). For packages of 5 days or longer, the actual hotel is listed on the tour voucher which is sent within 48 business hours after the booking.
What are the tour available dates?
All the tour available dates are listed online under "Departure Date" drop-down menu. As long as you can select the date online and complete the booking, that means that date is available. You can also refer to the calendar. All the available dates are shown in blue color. The tour gets sold out fast so we encourage to book the tour in advance.
Where will we have meals in this tour?
Meals are NOT included in the tour price but our tour guide will arrange meal stops. Normally we stop at a plaza which has many restaurants to offer variety of food, or stop at a restaurant and passengers can order based on their preference.
Where are the pick-up locations of tours?
Departure information, including time and location, is listed in the “Departure And Return Details” section of the tour itinerary. There is often a link to a map as well. Every e-ticket includes full pick-up time and location information. Please print out your e-Ticket and bring your ID to board the bus.
Can I change my seats on the bus?
To be fair to everyone, the tour rotates seats everyday. So everyone gets to sit in the front, middle and back.

Can you be dropped off at the airport when the tour arrives back in Los Angeles?

The airport transfer fee is $60 for one person and $10 for each additional person (up to 8 people). The tour gets to airport at around 7:30pm. Passengers should book the flight after 9:30pm.

The West Rim belongs to Hualapai Indian Reservation. The admission fee is required in order to enter. For South Rim, it's free.

Tour planned nicely had to pay extra money for sight seeing las vegas evening tour 25$ for west rim one has to pay 80$ +35$ for skywalk tours price looks less apperantly end up spending more, only 45min hoover dame

I went to Las Vegas&West rim Grand canyon trip&returned back tonight.Our tour guide Ms.Bella(Bilingual-Chinese&Good to Butler English) was a wonderfully patient as well as professional guide but the tour planning can be tweaked. The Las vegas Night tour is only 25usd/head but i wouldn't advise it. The helicopter tour/Cruise on Colorado river costed 194usd/head but i personally felt that they could have offered more for the money taken{The Helicopter trip was more like a drop off down to the boat and back. The boat went a mile&back. It was a wonderful little experience nonetheless. If you have kids,no one would advise the Jubilee show in Day2 but 'V' show was excellent(Kids enjoy that.I didn't go but i got positive feed back from my fellow passengers). On Day3, the tour started back to Los angeles at 8:30AM! May be,to satisfy customers, they could cut short the Tanger outlet and start a little late like say around Lunch time back to Los angeles with instructions to have lunch by then. The trip was worth it and Ms.Bella needs to be a round of applause for her excellent&professional work out with us.

As a whole I loved this trip to Vegas and the Grand Canyon. The value for money is fantastic and we covered a lot of distance in the three days. Accommodation at the Stratosphere was really good. Our tour guide Allan and driver Henry were both lovely and helpful. Some guests had not read the clearly detailed information where you have to pay extra money to go to the West Rim and started a fight on the bus. Allan handled it very well, sadly you can't do much about this type of passenger. I think the itinerary should brief you that on the second morning you LEAVE the hotel at 5am to get to the Grand Canyon at a reasonable hour (and I thought I was on holidays). My friend and I did the helicopter and boat ride package while exciting, for the price I wouldn't do it again. You are in the helicopter for less than 10 minutes total, and the man operating the boat for 15 minutes asked for $2 - $5 tip per person. My friend and I skipped the night tour (at $25 each) and instead paid $8 for a 24 hour bus pass that goes along the strip and you can get on and off as often as you like. Doing this we went to the end of the strip and made our way back, stopping to see the water show at Bellagio, drinks at Caesars, volcano show at Mirage and ending at Fremont Street which I highly recommend visiting! We also organised ourselves to see a Cirque du Soleil show as we weren't super interested in the Jubilee show on offer from the tour. This was simple to do through the concierge desk at the Stratosphere. They also have brochures outlining all shows in Vegas and which nights they are on to help you choose. I know the stops to the outlet shops are to break up the drive, however I would have preferred not visiting the chocolate factory and a shorter stop at the outlet and to get back to LA earlier than on the itinerary.

The tour is very well organized, but I suggest that for people who speak Spanish travel agency we provide a guide in Spanish with the details of the journey to better enjoy the tour and avoid misunderstandings, confusion and forgetfulness luggage with different buses taken during the tour, because in my case the problem of language prevented me to fully enjoy the journey

Very well organized. Chris our guide was very informative,however he fail to mention the 3rd place to eat which i found on my own and was told they have the best food.this was my 3rd trip with you all. Good deal for the money. I like the change you made of using one bus to take back to the original point of departure as opposed to driving all over dropping other passengers off.

very good experience for the price, except our tour guide needed to be little more informative on the morning brunch buffet was an option, not everybody had to attend. And for the Meal tickets at the Grand canyon there were 3 options (Chinese, Sandwiches and Indian), not just 2(Chinese and Indian). And among the 3 options, Indian food was the best deal.

Overall the tour was well organized and we enjoyed both Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon. The guide [Sam Guan] had difficulty in communicating in English, and we almost missed the return bus at Hualapai Terminal [GC West Rim]. Printed guidance sheet with map would be of great help for those who did not understand Mandarin. Also, optional fees should be collectible by card rather than cash.

great trip and good experience as expected. This is my second trip with this travel company, the tour guide this time was not as friendly as the previous guy bt overall it was a good experience. Just hope you get seats in the front area of the bus. I am not sure if they are assigned in the order of the reservations made, but just hope you are sitting in the first half of the bus. ride can be a little rough if you are at the back of the bus.

Enjoyed our tour, our tour guide Frank was really good lot better than our previous experience. The hotel accommodation at Stratosphere was great. Chocolate factory was not great but can do with it for 1 hr. The night tour at Vegas was helpful to know the place better for first timers. Would definitely recommend for families and groups.

enjoyed the tour,needs to be more specific about payments, i thought that the 69 dollars include the skywalk already but then was told that another 32 dollars is needed for the skywalk. just needs to be upront with all the extra payment so that there are no surprises. generally, it is a really good tour for people who visit vegas and grand canyon for the first time. especially for 3 people, really good price, west rim is good to visit, not too far, and can spend 4 hours there. the night tour is good to take, but the only thing is you really have to watch the tour guide, because, the tour only stops at a certain spot for about 30 minutes. and if you are 2 minutes late, you won't be able to catch the tour. skywalk is awesome, if the budget is ok, u should take that. bring enough water, or make sure you won't be dehydrated because it is really hot and dry there. the hotel we stayed is nice and comfortable. and on the way back, it is really nice that the tour guide will ask where we wanna be dropped off. then, we will change the bus. in all, my friend and i had a good time.

Best deal I could have ever got to see two awesome places in just 3 days. Enough time at both the places. Me and my mom had went on this tour. Our tour guide, Frank, was very helpful and great. I would strongly recommend the night tour for first time visitors to Vegas. We also took the helicopter ride and the skywalk. It was great, though a little expensive. This was my 2nd tour with GotoBus.com. First one I took from NY to Niagara for 3 days. Overall experience of both tours was great. Would definitely recommend to my friends

The tour is very convenient and comfortable. We enjoyed the the trip and buffet meal(optional). The hotel (stratosphere) was very nice. We also liked the idea of additional and optional night tour of Las Vegas. However, I did not enjoy the helicopter or the boat ride. It was very short and the view was much better from eagle point than from helicopter.

Sam our tour guide was very organized and friendly. My family enjoyed out tour and will do it again. This is our second tour with GotoBus and it is a great value for people that love to travel.

Excellent tour! This was our first trip, me, my husband & son. Our tour guide - Hank is really nice, & patient & our driver - an A+ a safe driver. Would love to do this again in the near future. We went to Yosemite, SF, Hearst Castle & Solvang. To everyone who wishes to try this tour, go to Hearst Castle, you'll be amazed how it was built.

Fantastic tour.However additional fees are required for instance if you want to take the helicopter ride.....Overall the accomodation was great and the bus tour took a little bit longer.Will definitely recommend it to someone.

An amazing tour.. totally worth the money... don't miss the night tour... very good for a first timer... they know exactly where to take you... the skywalk is worth the money...

Catherine, tour leader shares lots of information. Schedule on time except at the beginning when we had to wait for almost 0.5 hour to wait for another group. Night tour at Vegas is worth it. Skywalk perhaps not. Did not join the show since we have 2 kids. Factory outlet perhaps should spare more time. Overall good tour with reasonable charge.

Fantastic tour - loved the grand canyon and vegas. We had about 4hrs at the grand canyon which was just about enough to do the helicopter, skywalk and see the canyon. In Vegas we were given free time with optional activities. Just wondering around the strip was amazing. Great tour guides and nice hotel.

I was amazed at how accurate the pick up times were. The tour leader, Marc, was on every point of his responsibilities. We enjoyed this very affordable tour beyond my imagination. Excellent quality. But don't take tour to Las Vegas and Grand Canyon in the summer unless you're heat-proof.

Good tour. It is good value for money. I have already recommended the tour to a couple of my friends. I do have a suggestion though. Maybe the visit to the chocolate factory and botanical gardens could be made optional, so that we could spend another half day at Las Vegas shopping or seeing another show instead.

I'm vegetarian. The tour guide was very nice and stopped at the area where I can buy the food even though choices are limited.
