  • First, Hannah the tour guide was not friendly and she spoils our mood. Second, the itinerary was not totally transparent, Hannah insisted us take at least one night tour with them. Like hey, we have our night plans already! She did not even said hi and checked how we doing after that throughout the journey. If I may suggest to have tour guide that is good at communication and knows how to handle things more professionally with clients, that will be good. Luckily during our tour to Arizona,Peter was a nice guy. Overall, the tour was ok minus the tour guide. Thanks !

  • The tour mainly consist of mainland Chinese tourist, more than 50% of the coach passengers are mainland Chinese. The tour guide speak in both Chinese and English to give instructions and introduction. The hotel accommodation was acceptable given the tour package cost is low. Transportation is on time and safe. The itinerary was great, same as the descriptions, we get to visit the Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend and two outlets. We didn't join the LesVegas strip tour because the schedule and too hectic and pricey. We get to visit 2 outlets, the first one was soso. The second one was slightly better.
