Enter Union Station from Columbus Circle or the Metro station below and follow the signs to the Amtrak Gate area. At Gate E take the escalator up one level and turn right. Go through the sliding glass doors and take another escalator up to the bus stop level of the garage. You will see a sign on your left indicating the bus loading area.
