Day 1: Calgary

Upon arrival in Calgary, we will be picked up at the airport and then transferred to the hotel. We can enjoy our free time leisurely for the rest day. Guests who arrive before 12:00pm can choose to take one of the following optional activities:

    This fully enclosed shopping center is just outside of Calgary and the largest single-level shopping center in the province of Alberta, covering more than one million square feet.

    CF Chinook Centre

    It is the largest mall in Calgary, with 1,355,000 square feet (125,900 m2) of space. CF Chinook Centre is home to five major department stores (only two are in operation while the third being redeveloped), 250 stores, and several full service restaurants. It also had a 900-seat food court with 36 food vendors, a bowling alley, professional tower, and the Scotiabank Theatre Chinook.

    Heritage Park Historical Village

    A historical park in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. As Canada's largest living history museum, it is one of the city's most visited tourist attractions. Exhibits span Western Canadian history from the 1860s to the 1950s.

Day 2: Calgary-Banff National Park-Yoho National Park-Banff (288 km)

Today we will drive along the No.1 Highway and head to the Lake Louise. We can get a far view of the Castle Mountain on the half way. Then we will continue to Moraine Lake, see Ten Peaks Valleyl. After Lunch, we will take Lake Louise Gondola at  Lake Louise Ski Resort. The mountainous scenery here is immaculate. Pass by Spiral Tunnel, Next stop is Emerald Lake. Stop at the Natural Bridge along the way and admire the Kicking Horse River as it carves a path through ancient rock. You can hear the roar of the disappearing water churning and ejecting beneath the bridge to further reinforce the move in making this a legitimate waterfall.

    A region located in Banff National Park, this area is so named because the ten summits of the mountain range in the distance are clearly visible. It is an open valley area that also includes Moraine Lake.

    Emerald Lake

We will visit Banff Sulphur Mountain, ride Gondola, appreciate Johnston Canyon, Bow Falls, Surprise Corner and Hoodoos. Later we will visit Banff Town and spend the night there. We can also choose to take the add-on optional night tour at your own expenses.

    Sulfur Mountain Gondola Ride

    Hoodoos are intriguing geological formations that rise like thin towers from rocky terrain. Those in Alberta's Banff National Park are no exception. They hover like tall spires above the wilderness of this vast area.

    Bow Falls is not like your typical waterfall, it is wide and short. You can also see the valley that was eroded by glacier activity and the [Bow Falls] over the years.

Drive along the Icefield Parkway, and visit attractions Columbia Icefield, Ice Explorer, and Athabasca Falls. Enjoy a better experience with optional activity "Columbia Icefield Glacier Snow coach and Columbia Icefield Skywalk" with a surcharge. Stay overnight in Jasper.

    Icefields Parkway

    A 230 km long scenic road that parallels the Continental Divide, traversing the rugged landscape of the Canadian Rockies, travelling through Banff National Park and Jasper National Park. It is named for features such as the Columbia Icefield, visible from the parkway. It links Lake Louise with Jasper to the north. At its southern end, the Icefields Parkway terminates at Highway 1.

Day 5: Jasper VIA - Vancouver (532 km)

Depart from Jasper Hotel at approximately 08:00 in the morning. Drop off at Canada National Rail VIA station (The departure time is subject to the final notification from Jasper Railway Station, please go to the railway station to check in at least 1 hour in advance)

The train departs at 09:00 (there is no driver-guide service on the train), and you will start the special Rocky Mountain train Brigade - 800 kilometers of magnificent mountains and rivers along the way, allowing you to enjoy the scenery of the Rocky Mountains. At night we will across the Fraser Valley to the low land plain. Overnight on the VIA train.

At around 8:00am we will arrive in Vancouver. Our guide wil meet you at 9:00am, then transfer to the hotel. You 'll have a free time on your own.

Day 7: Vancouver City Tour

We will visit China Town, see Guinness Silk Road records the world's narrowest commercial building, Vancouver's first street with Chinese name, Jiahua monument, Millennium gate arch, Zhonghua Gate arch, etc. We will also visit Gas town, Canada Place, Olympic Park, Stanley Park, Queen Elizabeth Park. You can experience Capilanno Suspension Bridge and walk through the cliffwalk. Finally, we will go to local winery to taste ice wine.

We will take BC Ferry to Victoria where we will visit Butchart Gardens. After lunch, we will go through Gate of Harmonious Interest to China Town. Next we will continue to visit Beacon Hill Park, Mile Zero, Victoria Harbour, see Legislative Buildings and Fairmont Empress Hotel. Finally we will take ferry back to Vancouver.

  • All activities and meals must be booked in advance. Please understand that no additional bookings will be provided during the tour.

  • During your trip, there may be different vehicles and tour guides serving you.
  • If for any reason you need to leave our group during the trip, you must fill out a "Letter of Liability Release", no exceptions.
  • Guests under 16 years old, must be accompanied by an adult (Age 18 or above).
  • In the event of traffic, weather, or other circumstances not under our company's control, or if you are unable to participate in activities included in the itinerary due to personal reasons, no refunds will be given.
  • If you have special needs (such as but not limited to: bed type, vegetarian options, high-chairs, etc.) please inform us at least 7 days before your trip. We will do our best to accommodate you, but there is no guarantee.

Confirmation

  • After the reservation information is submitted, you will immediately receive a receipt email for the reservation order. Within 72 hours of submission, you will receive an order status confirmation email. Please do not book a flight until you receive an order status confirmation email.

Redemption

  • After booking online, you will receive a "confirmation email" with complete instructions, including the local phone number of the destination. When you are sure, be sure to print this "confirmation email" and take it with you on your trip -- evidence that you have paid for it.

Terms & Condition

  • The following applies to order cancellations and changes:
    - reduce the number of participants for the same order
    - cancel the entire order
    - change of itinerary
    - change different dates for the same trip
    1. No refund will be made for any change or cancellation of the entire order or one or all of the activities, meals, tickets and accommodation within 45 days prior to the departure of the tour;
    2. 46 days or more before the tour - 30% will be refunded
    3. Booking with hotel upgrade between Christmas and New Year holidays (December 16th - January 2nd), no refunds or changes will be made once confirmed
    4. The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
  • The following applies to order modification
    - increase the number of participants in the trip (depending on the resource situation of the corresponding date of the trip)
    - change the name of the person participating in the trip
    1. No modification shall be made within 45 days before the tour
    2. A service fee of C$50/ single/trip will be charged for 46 days or more before the trip
  • If your itinerary includes shuttle service, please be sure to provide accurate flight information and arrive at the designated pick-up location in advance. The travel agency reserves the right to provide the second service or to charge $30 per person if there is an error in pick-up due to inaccurate information.
  • Visitors under the age of 16 should be accompanied by an adult (aged 18 or above).
  • Please understand that complimentary items unavailable due to traffic, weather or other force majeure factors, or you cannot participate due to personal reasons, the fees will not be refunded.
