1-6 Days Trip Terms and Conditons

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms& Conditions prior to booking.

Cancellation and Cancellation Fee

Any cancellation of confirmed orders by the client will be charged accordingly by the modification and cancellation policy. 

All cancellation notices of orders must be made in writing via email or webpage email to Taketours directly. Any changes of the personal information cannot be accepted within 24 hours of departure.

        31 days prior to departure date: 5% of total price will be applied as administrative fees. 

        From 15 to 30 days prior to departure date: 20% of total price will be applied as administrative fees. 

        From 8 to 14 days prior to departure date: 50% of total price will be applied as administrative fees. 

        7 days or less prior to departure date: impossible to modify the itinerary or receive reimbursement

        Should the clients fail to show up on time on the departure date regardless of any reasons, the entire travel package is non-refundable, non-changeable, non-transferable.

        There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.

Changing itinerary or departure date (ALL REQUESTS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY) 

Written request is necessary to send to Taketours directly. The difference must be paid at the time of modification. 

        31 days prior to departure date: no administrative fees. 

        From 15 to 30 days prior to departure date 20% of total price will be applied as administrative fees. 

        From 8 to 14 days prior to departure date 50% of total price will be applied as administrative fees. 

        7 days or less prior to departure date: impossible to modify the itinerary or receive reimbursement. 

        There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.

Changing number of participant(s) requested by customers (ALL REQUESTS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY) 

        Increasing numbers of participant(s): complete the difference of tour fees. 

        Decreasing numbers of participant(s): 15 or more prior to departure date 20% of total price will be applied as administrative fees; from 8 to 14 days prior 50% of total price will be applied as administrative fees. 

        7 days or less prior to departure date: impossible to modify the itinerary and the departure date, or receive reimbursement; 

        There is 6% handling fee add-on to the above penalties.

Remarks

a.    Prices may vary and are subject to availability by season,weekend, and/or holiday. The total amount will be refunded if changes of itinerary or departure date are made by Taketours on condition that modification is refused by the clients.

b.    Full payment will be refunded if cancellation is made by Taketours.com

c.    In the case that one of the passenger in double occupancy cancels his/her trip, another passenger is subject to pay the single occupancy supplement.

d.    If the traveler does not meet the indication of the guide to come together on time at the meeting point during the trip, the traveler himself will be responsible for the additional expense and damage.

e.    Please note that changing fees apply on any kind of room type modification, which means in order to validate the modification, each guest who occupies double or triple room must pay the changing fees.

f.     If the traveler arrives late or the client is absent the day of departure for various reasons, the entire travel package is not refundable,unused travel package cannot be transferred to another person or another departure date.

Currency Fluctuations:

All tour prices are current at the time of publication and are susceptible to currency fluctuations. We reserve the right to alter the tour price in accordance with changes in foreign exchanges rates and changes in prices for services. The rate that you pay when you reserve your tour will protect you against future currency fluctuations; on the other hand,no price adjust (refund) will be made based upon change in tour prices.

Refund Policy:

We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and service, while tour operator reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule tour departure by following operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. According to the bank policy, we are not able to refund the payment via Expanded Credit Capabilities (ECC) 120 days after the purchase date. We will either issue the refund via check, PayPal, or Taketours credit according to the situation.
