The purchase of any travel services represents your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms& Conditions prior to booking.

Cancellation and Cancellation Fee

All cancellation and rescheduling within 30 days will apply a 6% handling fee

If the traveler does not meet the indication of the guide to come together on time at the meeting point during the trip, the traveler himself will be responsible for the additional expense and damage.

Any changes of the personal information cannot be accepted within 24 hours of departure. Any cancellation of confirmed orders by the client will be charged accordingly by the modification and cancellation policy. All cancellation notices or modification of orders must be made in writing via email or webpage email totaketours directly.

·        46 days prior todeparture date: 20% of total price will be applied as administrative fees.

·        From 31 to 45 days priorto departure date: 50% of total price will be applied as administrativefees. 

·        30 days or less prior todeparture date: impossible to modify the itinerary or receivereimbursement. 

·        Should the clients failto show up on time on the departure date regardless of any reasons, the entiretravel package is non-refundable, non-changeable, non-transferable.

Changing itinerary or departure date (ALL REQUESTS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY)

·        Written request isnecessary to send to Taketours.

·        The difference must bepaid at the time of modification.

·        31 days prior todeparture date: 6% handling fee.

·        From 15 to 30 days priorto departure date: 20% of total price will be applied as administrative fees.

·        From 8 to 14 days priorto departure date: 50% of total price will be applied as administrative fees.

·        7 days or less prior todeparture date: impossible to modify the itinerary or receive reimbursement.

·        Trips for 7 days ormore: Written request is necessary at least 31 days prior to departure date.20% of total price will be applied as administrative fees.

Changing number of participant(s) requested by customers (ALL REQUESTS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY) 

·        Increasing numbers ofparticipant(s): complete the difference of tour fees. 

·        Decreasing numbers ofparticipant(s): 15 or more prior to departure date 20% of total price will beapplied as administrative fees; from 8 to 14 days prior 50% of total price willbe applied as administrative fees. 

·        7 days or less prior todeparture date: impossible to modify the itinerary and the departure date, orreceive reimbursement.

·        Trips for 7 days ormore: Written request is necessary at least 31 days prior to departure date.20% of total price will be applied as administrative fees.

Remarks:

·        While we will make everyeffort to maintain a regular operation, we reserve the right to cancel ascheduled trip and issue a full refund to affected customers under specialcircumstances. Full payment will be refunded if cancellation is made bytaketours.com

·        Prices may vary and aresubject to availability by season, weekend, and/or holiday. The total amountwill be refunded if changes of itinerary or departure date are made bytaketours on condition that modification is refused by the clients.

·        In the case that one ofthe passenger in double occupancy cancels his/her trip, another passenger issubject to pay the single occupancy supplement.

·        Please note thatchanging fees apply on any kind of room type modification, which means in orderto validate the modification, each guest who occupies double or triple roommust pay the changing fees.

·        We reserve the right tomodify the tour arrangements for smooth operation of the tour.

·        If the traveler arriveslate or the client is absent the day of departure for various reasons, theentire travel package is not refundable, unused travel package can not betransferred to another person or another departure date.

Currency Fluctuations:

All tour prices arecurrent at the time of publication and are susceptible to currencyfluctuations. We reserve the right to alter the tour price in accordance withchanges in foreign exchanges rates and changes in prices for services. The ratethat you pay when you reserve your tour will protect you against futurecurrency fluctuations; on the other hand, no price adjust (refund) will be madebased upon change in tour prices.
