My husband and I (English speaking Australian couple) took the 2-day Yosemite tour from San Francisco as a way to see Yosemite while travelling to Los Angeles at the same time. Our guide Marc was absolutely amazing, polite, attentive, friendly and patient. Marc did a wonderful job organising all of the people on the tour to make sure we set off at the schedule time, every time. Marc made all announcements in English as well as Chinese, we never felt excluded and he always took the time to answer any questions we had. The bus was clean and well equipped, we had a small issue on the way back from Yosemite with the brakes on our bus and we were transferred to another bus within an hour. The time at each stop we felt was adequate time to get the photos and see what we wanted to see. The hotel accommodation was excellent. On our second day we were transferred to another smaller bus to take us to LA, while the rest of the tour travelled to Vegas. The bus driver, Bai, was very accommodating and dropped us off t the second stop, which was closer to our accommodation in Anaheim. Everything about this tour was well managed and well organised, we loved this tour.
