Stephen was great as a tour guide. Our driver was very good too. Newer bus so it was comfortable. The guide was fairly organized and patient with the group. The itinerary was a little busy understandably because it takes you to many places in 3 days. Wish it was longer so that departure time isn’t so early in the morning.
I wish though that the company would organize a tour separately just for adults… no kids below 7 or something like that. I didn’t mind the crying child at the back of the bus but I know there were couples that didn’t care to hear that on their vacation.
PROS: Good transport, good hotels, good tour guide Johnson - he was funny, punctual and strict about everyone respecting everyone else’s time which is very important on group tours like these. I appreciate his leadership. I liked the iterinary too - it would have been impossible to cover so much had I planned and travelled by myself. Good lunch and dinner arrangements - the sugar shack lunch and the French set dinner were a delight hosted by some very warm people! Both Johnson and the driver were also kind enough to drop me at a convenient location so I could get home safely on our return. I have happy memories from this trip!
CONS: It needs to be stressed that people need to arrange their breakfast and lunch for Day 1 and their breakfast for Day 2 on their own. Food was a problem on Day 1 - we did not stop for lunch and there was no time to eat. The trip to the Canadian museum of history does not feel worth it either - we had just one hour to see the museum which is just not enough - the amount we paid for the admission hence feels wasted to me. It would probably be better to drop this from the iterinary and give this time to everyone to find some lunch. Also, the helicopter ride did not happen at thousand islands although it is officially in the iterinary - this was disappointing.
Group of four seniors, two adults, and one child, all the problems encountered during the whole journey tour guide Du all worked hard to solve for us.
The itinerary arrangement is reasonable, so that all guests have less queues, avoiding the peak of the crowd, and took many beautiful photos. It fully reflects his proficiency.
The accommodation requirements are all considered for us. Arranging us on the 1st floor can facilitate us to take care of the elderly. A room with a sofa bed was arranged for us so that both adults and children can rest well. An old man among us couldn't have a sweet breakfast, and when he knew that, he told us that we could buy white bread there. Very grateful.
On the third day of the museum's itinerary, the children were very interested, and he explained to the children with patience. There are several trips that the children like in these days.
His explanations taught children what they could not learn in school. At the same time, it shows Du's familiarity with the profession and his serious attitude towards work.
Hi, I loved this tour and I will highly recommend it to everyone, very good priced and very good organized! Even if I take a car and try to cover all the places in one weekend, it's impossible. Take Tours with the excellent and professional guide Ben, using 3 languages (wow), have made it possible. The tour guide together with the driver were awesome and did their job very well. All the museums, sights and restaurants, with the delicious food, were chosen perfectly. Thanks a lot for everything!
The guide Danny made the trip very smooth and was very patient to explain the attraction to everyone in different languages. Danny knows exactly the timing of the trip and ensures that each trip can be completed on time.
