Cancellation of discounted passenger must be made at least 3 days before departure.

No-show (or late cancellation) of discounted passenger incurs $119 penalty fee for the reserved bus seat.

Discounted price is not applicable on special holidays.

Itinerary

DAY1 Los Angeles - Las Vegas (265 miles)

Today we kick off our tour by heading to Las Vegas, stopping at the Lenwood Factory Outlets along the way to enjoy their great discounts on popular brand names. We continue on our way through the deserts of Nevada to Las Vegas, the gambling capital of the world. Once we arrive around 1:30 pm, you will be free to explore America’s entertainment capital at your leisure. If you can break yourself away from the shopping, fine food, and casinos which the city is known for, join us on a night tour* where we will explore the city’s night life and watch the best-selling Jubilee Show!* A visit to Las Vegas would not be complete without this attraction. We will spend the night in Las Vegas at our hotel on the Las Vegas Strip.

DAY2 Grand Canyon West Rim - Las Vegas (590 miles)

This morning we will begin with a visit to Hoover Dam, the largest dam in the United States. From there we will travel on, arriving around noon at the West Rim of the Grand Canyon,** where we will visit Eagle Point and enjoy an Indian Culture Show, which features traditional Hualapai singing and dancing, and see the remarkable 360 degree view of the canyon from Guano Point. Next we will move on to the famous glass-bottomed Grand Canyon Skywalk,* which extends over 4,770 feet of empty space above the Colorado River. You will also have the opportunity to take a combined Colorado River Cruise and Helicopter Tour* of the Grand Canyon, which will give a spectacular view of the canyon from below and above. After a 3.5 hour stay, we will travel back to Las Vegas for a free night to enjoy the city, shop for famous brands in Caesar's Palace, or even try our luck at a casino!

DAY3 Las Vegas - Ethel M Chocolate Factory - Botanical Cactus Garden - Los Angeles (265 miles)

Today we will conclude our tour and depart for Los Angeles, stopping along the way at the Ethel M Chocolate Factory and its Botanical Cactus Gardens in Nevada, which are open to the public. In the factory we will learn how this company produces their chocolate and visit their branch of M&M’s World, as well as tour the gardens, which display many fascinating varieties of cacti that will complete your trip through the deserts of Nevada! Then we will continue our road trip, arriving in Los Angeles around 6:00 pm.

Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.
Child Rates: Child rates apply to those of ages 3-9. Infants under 2 years old are free of charge.

Ticket Confirmation: Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a receipt of booking by email. Within 72 hours of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email confirming the booking status. If booking is within 30 days of arrival date, please do not book any airline tickets until you receive the status of your booking.
Ticket Redemption: You will receive an email (e-ticket) after your order was received. Complete Operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your e-ticket. You must print the e-tickets and take them along on your trip; they are your proof of purchase.

1	May I have the hotel accommodation details for this tour?

The itinerary/details page of the tour will have information about the level of hotel. The actual hotel will not be finalized until 1 or 2 days before departure. Most hotels are around 2 stars and you may get the exact hotel details while reconfirming your tour.

2	Where will we have meals in this tour?

Meals are NOT included in the tour price but our tour guide will arrange meal stops. Normally we stop at a plaza to have some fast food, or stop at a restaurant and passengers can order.

3	Where are the pick-up locations of tours?

Departure information, including time and location, is listed in the “Departure And Return Details” section of the tour itinerary. There is often a link to a map as well. Every e-ticket includes full pick-up time and location information. Please print out your e-Ticket and bring your ID to board the bus.

4	Can I pay this tour by cash?

No. Gotobus is a complete online travel company and uses a completely secure and automated booking system, therefore we can only accept bookings made online, using an authorized and valid credit card, check (by fax or mail) and money order (by mail).

5	What does the Lodging pull-down menu mean?

This is where you select how many people will be in your room. Double occupancy for hotel room is only guaranteed with a tour purchase by two persons. Single room is only for one person and price is higher. Family triple arrangements can be purchased with three tickets. Family quad arrangements can be purchased with four tickets.

6	Can I change my seats on the bus?

Seats are allotted on first book first served basis, we can make special arrangement if you can produce doctor's note etc. Also, we rotate seats on each traveling day.

7	Do I need to pick up a physical ticket?

No. You do not. E-Ticket will be automatically emailed to you after you complete your booking online. All you need to do is to bring a valid picture ID along with a printout of eTicket you receive to board the scheduled bus.

8	Why can’t I find the tour date I want in this tour?

We only post available dates in our website. If you can't find date before last showed date in the tour, it means no service available. Also, we currently accept 60-90 for tours days advance bookings for tour service; if the date you want is outside this range, please bookmark the schedule page, as product updates occur every day.

9	Can you send me a brochure for this tour?

You will find an electronic brochure for each tour on our website describing all activities and itineraries. Printed brochures are not available. If you do not find adequate information about a tour on our website, please contact our online help. Contact customer support

10	How to cancel this tour?

If you want to cancel this tour, please check the cancellation policy first and then e-mail to support@gotobus.com. Your refund request will be answered and processed promptly. This tour is good value for money. Tour guide was good. More English content is suggested as there are English tourist are also in the tour though more tourist are Chinese than English speaking. Tour operator is also Chinese. More location like near Lax airport would be convenient for tourists. Tour operator demands $6 per day as their right , not obligatory rather compulsory.

The trip was great and relaxing thanks to Michael, Guide, and Fernando, Bus Driver. I would go again! Prior to the actual trip it gets a little chaotic determining what bus to catch at the pick-up point then at the collection point in Mont Pk where as many as 10 bus loads of tourists are reallocated to buses headed towards their final destination.
