Day 1: New York

When you arrive at New York airport, if your flight is domestic flight please wait at the baggage claim area; If your flight is international flight please wait at the exit. Guests who arrive at JFK or LGA or EWR airport before 12:00pm will enjoy free transfer to Manhattan where they can take an optional Manhattan in-depth tour (Minimum 10 pax). Before 10:00am can take an optional New York Internet Celebrity 1-day Tour. Before 2:00 pm can join an optional New York Internet Celebrity half-day Tour. Arrivals at JFK/LGA airport between 12:00pm -5:00pm have the option to tour the Flushing, Queens at their own leisure, we'll provide free left-luggage, and our guests can visit nearby Queens Crossing, Macy's Shopping Center. Guests arriving after 5:00pm will directly be transferred to hotel. Those arriving at EWR after 2:00pm at noon may transfer to the hotel (check-in after 3:00pm). Guests who arrive at JFK/LGA/EWR before 5:00 pm can join an optional Night Tour of the city. (Minimum 10 pax)

You can extend the trip by entering the Empire State Building and Metropolitan Museum of Art, but after it, you will need to arrange your own transportation to the meetup point.

Day 2: New York - Corning - Watkins Glen - Niagara Falls (423 miles)

Today, we will visit the Corning Museum of Glass. Then we will go to visit the Watkins Glen. After that, we'll drive to Niagara Falls and have a chance to take the Colorful waterfall tour.

Day 3: Niagara Falls - Toronto (83 miles)

Drive to Canada and passby the Rainbow Bridge along the way. Then get on the Skylon Tower to overlook the Falls and enjoy meal. Tour guide can help to make reservation on the Skylon Tower if guests would to enjoy the meals on their own expense. Afterwards we will come to visit the CN Tower, Casa Loma and Toronto Sightseeing Harbour Tour.

In the morning, we will travel to the Thousand Islands region, where we will be able to take a cruise to appreciate the fabulous nature views. After that, we will travel to Ottawa, the capital of Canada, where we will see the Parliament Hill and the Peace Tower. Then, we will head to Montreal and take a Double Decker bus to see this city and get a far view of the Notre-Dame Basilica and Old Montreal.

Day 5: Montreal-Keeseville-New York (374 miles)

Today, we will head back to the US. We will visit Ausable Chasm which is over 500 million years old. Later on we go back to New York.
  • Airport Meet and Greet: Free airport pick up in JFK/ LGA/ EWR is between 8:30am and 12:00am at midnight. Paid 24-hour airport transport service: $120 per first two persons with $10 for each additional person.
  • If you arrive New York early, please meet guide in JFK/ LGA/ EWR or Chinatown. Pickup Time: 133-35 Roosevelt Ave, Flushing, NY 11354 at 5PM; 321 W 42nd St, New York, NY 10036 (Fuji- New York, NY ) at 6:00PM.
  • Return Flight Arrangement: All guests are advised to book flights from JFK/ LGA/EWR after 10:00PM, when leaving the tour. You can also leave tour at Flushing or Manhattan.

  • Vehicle Equipment: Equipped with a seat belt, 5 million commercial insurance; drivers with more than 5 years of driving experience.
  • Baggage regulations: 1 check-in or 2 carry-on baggage for each person.
  • Scenic Spots Notes:
    (1) Itinerary will be subject to traffic and weather. The sequence of the attractions might be changed according to actual and practical situation for better service.
    (2) In case of attraction closures (due to holidays or construction, etc.) tour guide may make some necessary changes to the itinerary accordingly.
    (3) This tour does not accept any City Pass or your own tickets for the attraction. Guests need to purchase admission tickets from tour guides.
  • Refund Remark:
    (1) If the weather condition, war, general strikes and other unforeseen circumstances interrupt the journey, our company reserve the right to rearrange the journey without refunding the tour fee.
    (2) If visitors cannot join the tour because of personal reason, the fee for hotels and transportation is not refundable.

Confirmation

  • All purchases are subject to re-confirmation within 2-3 business days after booking. Please do not book the airline tickets until you received the confirmation.

Redemption

  • Complete operator information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, are included on your e-ticket. You must print and bring e-ticket(s) on your trip, as they serve as proof of purchase.

Terms & Condition

  • Booking and Reservation
    All tours are for early booking, tour operator suggests the each passenger should book tour at least 3 weeks before departure date. Passenger may make reservation via email; however, seats will not be assigned until the deposit has been paid. At time of reservation, passenger may require to provide name, phone number and address and specify designated tour and date of travel.All seats are pre-assigned with numbers; seat assignment is based on a first come first serve basis after down payment.
  • Travel Documents
    Each passenger must carry a valid travel document. (Valid visa for countries needed) (E.g. Green Card, Passport, Re-Entry Permit, and etc.) Tour operator is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
  • Cancellations and Cancellation Fees
    Regardless of reason, cancellations result in costly charges from our travel and hotel providers covering penalties and fees incurred by canceling confirmed and pending bookings. Therefore, cancellation penalties and or fees will apply. Time of cancellation will be determined when notice is received and confirmed by our office. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to TakeTours by email or through web mail at Contact Us .
  • Cancellation penalties per person (request day and departure day are not counted)
    Up to 46 days prior to departure - 10% of total purchase amount.
    21-45 days prior to departure - 25% of total purchase amount.
    8-20 days prior to departure - 50% of total purchase amount.
    Within 7 days prior to departure or no show - 100% of total purchase amount.
    Unused features are non-refundable. No shows forfeit entire payment.
    The refund amount will be credited directly to your TakeTours wallet as credits for future use. Or the refund can also be forwarded directly to your credit card with a 6% handling fee.
    NOTE: We cannot grant any refunds more than 30 days after completion of the tour.
  • Broading Time and Location
    All passengers must arrive 30 minutes before departure time. All passengers must show photo ID and boarding pass or tickets for boarding; absolutely no boarding without tickets. Departure time and boarding location will be confirmed after reservation is made.
  • Travel Insurance
    Tour operator is not responsible for any loss of or damage to personal items, or personal injury that may occur on or during the tour. It is optional that passengers to buy travel insurance, for more information, please consult your travel agent.
  • Luggage Restriction
    Each passenger may carry one check-in luggage and one carry-on bag.
  • Itinerary Variations
    We constantly strives to improve tour itineraries and features. If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. At certain peak periods duplicate departures may operate, and sometimes in reverse order in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the itinerary pages.
  • Tour Cancellation
    We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made any time prior to departure of the tour, Taketours' only liability will be to refund to the passenger the amount it has received for the tour booking. We are not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations.
