Itinerary

Today we’ll visit Universal Studios Hollywood, the world’s largest movie studio and theme park, where great moments from movies and television come to life. Be right at the center of all the excitement as you witness the reality-shattering Terminator 2:3D; feel the thrill in riding with E.T to the moon; and experience a war at sea during the WaterWorld live show. You'll take a ride through time and space on the Back to the Future ride, and come face-to-face with a man-eating T-Rex on Jurassic Park: The Ride. It's all right here waiting for your visit! As an added bonus, to cap off our day in Hollywood, we’ll stop at the nearby Manns Chinese Theater *—home to hundreds of movie premieres since it opened in 1927—and the Hollywood Walk of Fame, where sidewalks are paved with the stars of more than 2400 actors, directors, musicians, and other leaders of the entertainment industry. After our unforgettable day, we’ll make our way to the airport in the evening for your departure home.

Universal Studios: The child admission tickets of Universal Studios Hollywood if purchased separately, will be based on the passenger's height as stipulated by the theme parks. (1) Guests 48 inches and taller will pay the general admission price. (2) Guests under 48 inches will pay child fare.
Language: All tours are escorted by professional bi- or multi-lingual tour and/or driver guides (English/Chinese). Depending on the number of passengers booked for a particular departure, tours and/or languages may be combined to operate the tours.

10 hours maximal for every trip.
Although Bravo will make every efforts to maintain the normal operation, Bravo has right to cancel a scheduled trip to fully refund affected customers.

1	Where will we have meals in this tour?

Meals are NOT included in the tour price but our tour guide will arrange meal stops. Normally we stop at a plaza to have some fast food, or stop at a restaurant and passengers can order.

2	Where are the pick-up locations of tours?

Departure information, including time and location, is listed in the “Departure And Return Details” section of the tour itinerary. There is often a link to a map as well. Every e-ticket includes full pick-up time and location information. Please print out your e-Ticket and bring your ID to board the bus.

3	Can I change my seats on the bus?

Seats are allotted on first book first served basis, we can make special arrangement if you can produce doctor's note etc.

4	Can I pay this tour by cash?

No. Gotobus is a complete online travel company and uses a completely secure and automated booking system, therefore we can only accept bookings made online, using an authorized and valid credit card, check (by fax or mail) and money order (by mail).

5	Why can’t I find the tour date I want in this tour?

We only post available dates in our website. If you can't find date before last showed date in the tour, it means no service available. Also, we currently accept 60-90 for tours days advance bookings for tour service; if the date you want is outside this range, please bookmark the schedule page, as product updates occur every day.

6	Do I need to pick up a physical ticket?

No. You do not. E-Ticket will be automatically emailed to you after you complete your booking online. All you need to do is to bring a valid picture ID along with a printout of eTicket you receive to board the scheduled bus.

7	Can you send me a brochure for this tour?

You will find an electronic brochure for each tour on our website describing all activities and itineraries. Printed brochures are not available. If you do not find adequate information about a tour on our website, please contact our online help. Contact customer support

8	How to cancel this tour?

If you want to cancel this tour, please check the cancellation policy first and then e-mail to support@gotobus.com. Your refund request will be answered and processed promptly. If you do not receive any reply in one business day, that means your request is not processed. Please contact us immediately.
