  • I took this tour along with my parents from 20-Jun-19 to 23-Jun-19. The tour itinerary was good and enjoyable including important places in Washington DC and Niagara falls. Bus driver was excellent with good driving throughout the journey. However I would like to provide details about tour guides Aiden Yu & Harris Chen. Harris was not having much information on the questions asked to him and he always directed towards Aiden. Aiden was very rude, non-cooperative, did arguments, pushed elderly and used bad words to tourists. They changed the pick-up location a night before the tour and sent message with pick-up time 7 AM time instead of 9 AM, however tour bus came to pick-up location at 9:30 AM. Tourists had to wait from 6:45 AM to 9:30 AM. Also Aiden was asking for charges for the attractions which were already included in our tour (i.e. Niagara Night illumination) and when said no, he didn’t allow us and some other tourists to board the bus. Hence, I would urge TakeTours to take appropriate actions about the same.

  • Our trip was fantastic. It was jam packed and very interesting. The tour guide and driver were great. Didn't like the idea of cash payment for optional tours.
