  • We had booked a 6 days Banff, Jasper holiday package. All the arrangements were perfect. It started right from the time our flight landed at Calgary. All hotels were in the city centre with close proximity to good restaurants and sight seeing places. The guides explained the relevance of all places that we visited. A big thanks to all the guides, especially Zoe, David, Allen and the driver Gary. Our only concern was with a guide Carmen. She was our guide for the Banff city tour, covering the sulphur mountain and other places. She did not explain the significance/history of the places we covered. It was a concern not just for us, but many guests with whom we interacted during the tour. Bit more professionalism is required . I tried calling the help line number listed on the website few days before the trip. No one answered the calls. Then we had to call Calgary Tours, the local travel agent to clear doubts of our trip. Kindly answer the phone calls or atleast call back the client. Overall a very good tour. Will definitely book more vacations through you guys. Thank you
